iTunes Store 9 stop connection

I don't know why but I get a loading message when trying to connect to iTunes store. I have not activated the parental control, I don't have blocking for Apple products in my firewall, I uninstalled the cleaner done reinstalled twice and I'm still not managed to get iTunes store to connect. Apple had me add a new user, I was able to connect to the store. What to change on my current user settings to get iTunes to connect again?

Hi 4MsMartian,

The user what are you referring? User account Windows or the iTunes Store account

If you are referring to the windows user account, you can follow the steps mentioned in the link below to fix the corrupt user account

Difficulty of a corrupted user profile

If you're talking about iTunes Store account, afraid that you need to contact apple for a better response.

  • ITunes store does not connect and then does not close help please

OK, so pretty much whenever I try to enter the Apple store that I get a little pop-up that says it can not connect to the Itunes store, I have to check my connection and try again, but whenever I close this box it appears immediately back to the point I can not even close Itunes with having to go Task Manager and ending the process manually.  I can't use the store at all and it's just getting really frustrating, because I know my connection and everything is not fine so it is no reason for this pop up.

is anyone else having this problem or if you have had this problem and know how to fix?

Troubleshooting connection iTunes Store in iTunes for Windows

    Introduction

If you are able to access the web, but you cannot access the iTunes Store, see the troubleshooting steps below.

    How
    Remove pop-up blockers

Some pop-up or ad-blocking programs may interfere with the ability of iTunes to connect to the iTunes Store. Remove them in many cases, the problem will be solved.

Flush the DNS settings in Windows

In some cases, the DNS information that your computer uses to connect to the Internet must be reset. Follow these instructions to clear your Windows DNS information:

    Windows Vista and Windows 7

    1. On the Start menu, point to all programs > Accessories and then right click oncommand prompt and choose run as administrator from the context menu. If Windows needs your permission to continue, click oncontinue.
    2. In the window that appears, type ipconfig/flushdns , and then press return on the keyboard.
    3. You should see a message that the Cache of DNS resolution was emptied successfully.

Note: If, in the command prompt, you see this message: "the requested operation requires a rise", close the command prompt and repeat steps 1 and 2 above to be sure that administrator privileges are used to access the command prompt.

  • How can I disable the guests to connect to the iTunes store?

I get intrusive pop-up messages on my iPhone to connect to the iTunes store. How to disable, or completely remove the app store iTunes from my phone?

You cannot remove iTunes Store from the phone, it's a native iOS. You should not be asked to connect to the store unless you try to make a purchase. You can go to settings > general > Restrictions and restrictions put in place for the iTunes Store. That could very well stop the prompt. At least, you can try that. When you set up Restrictions, make sure that you write the access code, because there is no way to recover/reset this password without wiping your iPhone completely.

  • problems connecting to iTunes store

For the last week or two, I was unable to connect to the iTunes store.

    I use a MacBook Pro running OSX El Capitan v 10.11.2 mid-2010

    8GB memory with a 2.66 GHz Intel Core i7

I am running the latest version of iTunes v 12.3.2.35

My wifi works well, I have no problem with browsing the internet, I can connect to the App Store, I can connect my Apple ID.

I checked the date/time settings, I refreshed cookies, I reset my router, it turned off for 10 minutes, rebooted, rebooted the computer, stop, watched keychains, but apparently not s.o.s. keychain more, so I'm not sure if this may be the question. I disabled the iTunes Store into preferences and stop iTunes, restarted, reactivated, rebooted, without success. I don't get an error message, all I get is "access to iTunes store...". "with the blue loading bar, but it does not seem to connect to the store. I tried another Apple ID with the same result. I also cancelled the computer. So far nothing has had no effect whatsoever. Any ideas/advice/suggestions on other things to try?

    Thank you

Oh and I also tried to adjust the firewall as well... no luck.

And I have no problem connecting to the iTunes store on my iPhone which is on the same network. Or logging in to other things apple with my Apple ID related she seems to be a purely iTunes on the Macbook, related question.
