J micron 1394 usb media controller do not install

I have a laptop HP 8760w.  Recently, the device in the Device Manager USB mass storage has stopped working.  This causes the iPhone and any USB thumbdrive to not be recognized.

I uninstalled all the USB drivers, and then click shut down the computer and took out the battery for a few minutes as I saw in some other messages and then redo all that in the past might work.  But on this machine, still have the problem.  What I've noticed, is that the 1394 Micron J driver displayed a warning next to him symbol.  I tried to update with the software from the HP website, but always shows also does not even if the installation is successful.

What could be the cause of the problem?  BIOS has been too updated once I noticed it, but still it does not work.

Actually, is there a better way that you suggested.

C:/Windows\System32\Drivers Goto folder.  Find the driver and remove it.

Make sure that the fault element is also uninstalled from Device Manager.

Restart the machine and it should automatically fix the problem by pulling a backup location in the Driverstore folder in the same directory.

Needed better against an exaggeration... Although solutions you artificial for HP.

  • Is there a download from Microsoft which will create a bootable usb media that does not have the drivers?

Original title: A bootable Windows 7 media

I work on a Lenovo 2-in-1 with Windows 7 (for games) and 10 (for a normal use) Windows to dual-boot. I created a USB stick with Windows 7 Pro (64 bit) of a legitimate Windows 7 Pro disc. The computer starts on the usb device and plays normally, however, one of the steps asks a driver for cd/dvd and this 2-in-1 (Lenovo Flex 3) doesn't have a built-in CD/DVD. All other drivers are located in a folder system. My question is, given my key Windows 7 can I create a new bootable media that does not demand drivers? Is there a download from Microsoft which will create a bootable usb media that does not have the drivers? I know that I can reinstall the drivers manually after the installation.

    Thank you

  • Windows Media Player is not installed correctly. Reinstall the drive.

I am running XP Home and WMP v11. I get the following message when I try and play some files: "Windows Media Player is not installed correctly. Reinstall the drive.

I have tried reinstalling drivers did not work, tried to remove the map and back does not work

I have HP slimline is now Windows 7 and Vista. When I upgraded to Windows 7, I did not go off Homegroup. My Vixs tuner worked fine for 2 years. Recently, may 2011, I decided to start the homegroup; What a mistake!

My Media Center said that I had no TV tuner.
After much research, I found this solution.
In windows 7 go to "Administrative Tools" and launch 'Services '.
Scroll down to "Windows Media Center Receiver Service" and under "connect as" column, make sure that setting is 'Local System' and not 'Network Service '. The "Startup Type" value in the manual. not automatic.
    This fixed my issue.

When I click Yes. Need me on the Microsoft site, but it does not show me where to find the Windows Media Player program. I have downloaded the two files that are recommended, but none of them are for my machine. any help would be great. Thank you

Unless you have one of the versions Windows 7 N/K/KN special then these downloads are, as you say, not for you.

For all the normal editions of Windows 7, WMP is essential and there is no download.

Judging from your description of the problem, I think you need "unload" and then "recharge" WMP.  It's practically the equivalent of uninstalling and then reinstalling.

1 unload WMP - Panel, programs and features, [left] turn on or off has Windows, multimedia features, clear box Windows Media Player, Yes, OK, restart the PC.

2 reload WMP - Panel, programs and features, [left] turn Windows features on or off, multimedia features, set the Windows Media Player box, Yes, OK, restart the PC.

    This should fix the problem.
