  I installed PhotoShop CS5.  But when I click on the button "Launch the Mini Bridge" at the top of the PhotoShop window, it says this:

  Mini Bridge cannot be started because the Mini Bridge extension is not installed.

  I can't tell you how to solve this problem.  You must have installed with CS5.  Currently, I do not have access to CS5 but I don't have access to the CS6. Mini Bridge is an extension of Photoshop Philippe does not appear in the extensions Manager, but seems to be located here where manages the extension is.  Each version of Photoshop there own version of the extension manager. This screenshot may give you some clues to where your mini Bridge CS5 would be installed.  Maybe he settle but CS5 initialization has failed it.

  Cannot be done in 2014 of CC.  Signs flash support has been removed in 2014 CC.  Mini Bridge used Flash panels. Mini Bridge is not a CC option in 2014.   Adobe keeps Photoshop so its retro-compatible with earlier versions of old Photoshop features and support can be removed and new features and support may be added.  You will need to keep several versions of Photoshop for all your needs.

I take a class and I need to open the 'mini' within the program bridge.  The instructions were to open the program because it has been opened, press CTRL, alt, and shift to access default settings. I did and the guest came and asked if I wanted to go to default settings, I answered Yes. The program has continued to open and would have disclosed the mini tab bridge low left c@orner of the application page, nothing shows up. It's my dilemma.

  The Mini Bridge Panel is no longer available in the most recent major version (15.x) of the Ps CC aka 2014. You can install the previous major version, Ps CC (14.2.1) using the creative Cloud desktop application.

  There is nothing to fix. You have answered a very old question. In the meantime minijonction is no any days and so ther won't be no workaround solution to revive. Adobe has removed all menu components based on the Flash minijonction was one of them.

  I just got off a chat with support.  Mini Bridge is DEAD:

  Extension using Flash panels disappear now that Flash is no longer supported in the latest version Photoshop CC 2014.  Mini-Bridge is an Extension using the Flash panel and should therefore be deleted now. Bridge CC still available as a browser application of stand-alone file for designers and photographers who need to browse files not photographic formats.

• Mini Bridge CS5 does not

  I can't Mini Bridge in Photoshop CS5.  When I try to start it, the Panel appears and the symbol of the rotation starts but I get the message "Waiting for Bridge CS5... "and it makes it never happened.  I tried both with already open bridge and bridge won't closed, no difference. 'Starting at the connection bridge' is checked in the preferences.   Any help will be appreciated.

  Mini Bridge is no longer available, then he will never run again. All Flash-based extension signs were removed from Photoshop, and Mini Bridge is one of them. More info here:
