  We have isolated the problem with the Bureau of AIR Kuler and have solved the problem. To get the application running again, you will need to uninstall your current version and then install the latest version. You can find the latest version on the homepage kuler.adobe.com. Just click on the "Kuler desktop" link on the new space and the right side of the page after uninstalling your current version.

• Kuler desktop installation problems

  I am encouraged to install Kuler Desktop, but I can't. I just intalled Apolo, but the error continues.

• Kuler Desktop error

  I downloaded Apollo, then d/l the Kuler desktop (which, in my view, is impressive and can't wait to use it). When I try to open it, but it will open, showing the "House" of it and then I get this error. " Any help would be appreciated. I'm on Windows XP Pro.

  What browser and version are you using? If it's IE, it may relate to a current bug we have. For now, try downloading the kuler using Firefox 2 office.

  Note: This is also a workaround for Safari users.

• Bug in the kuler desktop connection dialog box

  don't know if this is the right place for reports of bugs, but anyway:
  
  on German systems, the sign @ is typed using a special key (AltGr), who usually works as a combination of Alt and Ctrl. @ so a combination Alt + Ctrl and Q.
  Kuler desktop seems to omit the ALT key in this sequence and closed unexpectedly if you want to enter your email address in the login dialog box. Copy and paste is a way to bypass, but nevertheless, I think it is a bug.

  Well, I have the same bug.
  So:
  Type your e-mail address > copy (Ctrl + c) > and paste it (Ctrl + v).
  It is indeed the only way to get around.

• Kuler desktop problem

  I downloaded AIR and installed but when I open it the Kuler desktop, it gives me a code/text gripload in my browser window. Any suggestions?

• Problems running Kuler Desktop using Air (Mac)

  I have problems with the Kuler desktop, which runs via Adobe Air. I tried to reinstall Adobe Air and Kuler Desktop, without a bit of luck. Air and Kuler both installed without error. Once I run the application "Kuler Desktop" the color wheel rotates right in the centre of the window with the message "Sorry, no items were found" at the top of the window. I can use my widget Kuler dashboard very well and because it works, I don't think it's a connection problem.
  
  I am running 10.5.3 if it matters at all.
  
  Am I missing something? Does anyone else have this problem?

  Hi dmane,

  Please, try the following steps:
  1. go to user > library > Preferences, delete com.adobe.kuler.Desktop. folder [variable]
  2. go to the user > library > Application Support > Adobe > AIR > ELS, delete com.adobe.kuler.Desktop. folder [variable].
  3. restart the system and then restart the kuler desktop.

• Problem with connection Kuler Desktop

  When I tried to type the '@' character in my ID Adobe kuler just quit unexpectedly. I think it's because on my keyboard the @ is typed with the Alt right and Q and it is also the shortcut to quit smoking for kuler. Ideas for a workaround? Is it possible to change the Adobe ID to something without the @?

  Maybe try to type your e-mail address into another application, copy and paste?

  Recently bought Adobe Kuler from the android market for my premium of transformer Asus (tf201). When you try to connect with my Adobe ID (in the hope of being able to sync themes / patterns of the tablet on the kuler desktop site) I'm happy with a blank white screen.

  I go to settings > my account > start > enter Adobe ID > enter password > log in and then when the sign in the screen changes, it is just an empty box white. I can close the box, return to the settings screen, but the connection is not completed.

  I tried force closing and restarting, restart, clear the memory cache. Always meet the same results.

  Is it just a compatibility issue with Ice Cream Sandwich? (I noticed that the app has not been updated since November 11, which would have been just a little before the presence of ICS devices)

  Currently the Kuler Panel does not support connect from more Creative Software. Again, you can use your themes recorded in InDesign have ASE and download them from the Web site to import in InDesign (http://kuler.adobe.com/links/kuler_help.html#Colors) or using the Kuler desktop AIR application .

• Kuler application does not open

  Kuler icon is in my dock and I have the kuler desktop open, but I don't know how to create ase files or access themes that can be found on the kuler desktop widget. It seems that even if the application is running, I am unable to actually make it work.

  Hi, kuler Office currently has RSS reader feature: you can get RSS Research Recommendations, most popular and most recent themes, themes, copy/paste Hex values and link to themes on kuler.

  There is currently no theme of the site features. As the AERIAL platform evolves, kuler desktop will evolve as well.

• Apollo does not install on OSX 10.3.9 running Firefox

  I've read about Kuler in Mac | Life and can't wait to try it! However, I can't take this first wave error when installing Apollo Mac Alpha. I have many other applications Adobe installed - possible conflict or missing folder?
  
  I also downloaded kuler_desktop_051707.air and do not open or install. This file format is news to me. I guess that it works with the Apollo application. Any ideas? I'm far from base here?

  Oops, I just re-read your message more closely. I see you had trouble installing Apollo. I suggest that you post on the forum of Apollo for help. Once Apollo is installed successfully, then download the kuler desktop (to be sure, it's the latest version).
