    Hi Alexbo,

Ask you to provide the serial number of the system, the operating system installed on the system as well as the version (32-bit or 64-bit) and the region to which you belong (via only private message) so that I can check the system specifications to help you with the link for the driver.

    Hello community,

I reinstalled my Satellite C850D - 12U PSCC2E and now I have an unknown device.
    Hardware ID: ACPI\VEN_TOS & DEV_6205

I did some general research on the internet and it seems that it is to do with Bluetooth.

I installed the driver on the Toshiba site, unfortunately the problem is not resolved.

Do you have some ideas what happened?

SRY for my bad English ;-)

    Greetings mounisport

According to specification for laptop, that your laptop comes with Win8 OS 64-bit so you have reinstalled original recovery image and use laptop with factory settings now?

Notebook with factory settings should not have these problems so I put t understand why you have this problem.

Can you please send more info on this unknown device?

I agree with the user above. This sounds like the CIR port and you need to download this driver.

But I a bit confused about the light in the headphone jack of Mr. are you sure that there's a light or you can post a photo for example?

  • P 8470 & HP HP 8440 P: upgrading to W10 Pro 64 bit / device Reporting - unknown device manager

    I have recently upgraded to Windows Pro 64-bit 10.  Machines involved are - 8440p & 8470p running W7 Pro 64-bit.

    The Device Manager shows an unknown device - ACPI\HPQ6000\3 & 33FD14CA & 0.

Could someone tell me what this is in reference to.  Perhaps point to a driver that I could update.

    Thank you / / Jeff

    You are the very welcome.

The reason why you don't see the driver is because most of the drivers are missing in support pages, which have not worked directly for HP split into 2 companies from 1 August.

This is certainly the driver you need.  If the version of W7 works, I can't say.

    See if it works.

    FTP://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp59001-59500/sp59282.exe

If this driver does the same thing...

Go to Device Manager and click on the unknown device of 6000 who need pilots.

Click on the driver tab, click on set to update driver.  Select her browse my computer for driver software option, then at the bottom of this window, let pick me from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.

Click on disk and go to C:\SWSetup\sp59282\accelerometer and select the HP Mobile Data Protection sensor and see if the pilot goes like this.

Here's a partial copy and paste of the accelerometer installation information file.

As you can see the device is supported by the driver.

But it's the most recent driver is there, I know.

  • Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with Canon IP6600D printer and unknown device

I have a Windows 7 Premium build with a Canon Pixma IP6600D printer.  It worked sporatically at first with my Windows 7 until recently.  Now, I get an unknown device and the USB Plug N Play reports that it is not recognizing the device.  The USB port on the printer is good as it works perfectly on my XP machines and the USB port is on the PC as the other devices are recognized without incident.

I tried stuff Device Manager usual for updated driver, updates the window, etc.  As this is a printer compatible 64-bit of Windows 7 (with some minor limitations), I was wondering why all drivers for Windows 7 is not recognize this printer.  Printer is good, USB is good, the cable is good.  Of course, the OEM driver disk is more compatible to reload the printer because it is a 32-bit application.  So, I rely on Microsoft Windows 7 drivers Canon for the deal.

Just got off the phone with Canon and they confirm that the driver of Windows 7 are compatible plug-n-play and all I need and that Canon does not provide one direct driver other than the Add on Windows 7 x 64.

Yet once, I ran all the windows and the driver updates to say everything is as current as possible.
    Next?

  • Install Windows Mobile Device Center fails on Win7 64 bit

    Hello world

I'm trying to install/reinstall WMDC 64 bit on Win7 (64 bit). In the last step of the installation, it tries to add a new device. I can see in the Device Manager. But the installation of this device fails, and then the new device is removed. The WMDC is here, but it does not work and bluetooth devices do not offer the service "ActiveSync".

    Can anyone help here please?

    Thank you and best regards,

    Franz

    Hi Srimadhwa,

Thanks again. It's corrected now. I think the problem was with the handheld device. He needed that he must accept the USB for ActiveSync connections. :-/

So the major issue is fixed now, but I wouldn't mind not any progress with other minor issues.

    Thank you and best regards,

  • Bluetooth device driver not found after accidental uninstall (Win7 64 bit)

I use a Plantronics M50 bluetooth headset on my mobile, Skype etc. All troubleshooting yesterday (had a problem with the microphone volume is very low) I followed a few steps of an article if found on a Microsoft forum, telling me to uninstall the driver, as well as to restart my laptop (Win7 64 bit) would recognize and re - install the driver.

In Device Manager, I right-click on the M50 (under audio, video and game controllers) device and chose to uninstall (as prescribed in the MS article). Here's where I shot myself in the foot; I ticked the box "Delete the driver for this device" (thinking that Win7 would get a fresh driver from Windows Update to reboot)

After the reboot, my laptop started to reinstal the driver device, but for "Bluetooth device" reports "no driver not found"

I myself tried in vain things:

    • tried to find the driver sur.com, but isn't available (plug-and-play)
    • installed software (incl. Plantronics Control Panel) Plantronics package
    • I tried Windows Update
    • installed Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 Driver (as advised on various sites to set "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" reports questions 'no driver found'

At the hope that someone had a suggestion for what else to try, or maybe how to find out what that exactly that I deleted by choosing 'delete the driver for this device '.

    Thanks in advance!

    Edit:

Just in case it helps, I noticed that the following folder is created at the time of uninstal and reinstal, containing calisto.inf, calisto. PNF and Calisto.cat

    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\calisto.inf_amd64_neutral_2b13d4544d6cf2e6

I decided to use Sytem Restore to restore my system to before I uninstalled the driver. There are a few downsides to this, but so far the benefits outweigh them.
