• Problem with the display of the percentage value

  I have a report that calculates a percentage based on 2 digits. For example, Actual_count = 15000 and forecast_count = 14900. To calculate the percentage that I use the following SQL statement

  select ROUND(((ACTUAL_COUNT-FORECAST_COUNT)/FORECAST_COUNT)*100,1) as "PERCENTAGE" from table

  This gives me the result of "-.» 7. " It's the right answer, but what I would like is the answer display "-0.7".
  
  Of course, I only want this when the percentage is less, when more is not a problem.
  
  The reason I want it is because it is easier to read, my manager has been confusing figures think that negative numbers are numbers more (seemingly his eyesight is not what it was 8-P).

  Go to the attributes of the report, click on the link Edit next to your percentage column, then enter a format of 999G999G999G999G990D0 mask

  It seems not to be. I found threads, topics, dating back to 2009 on the same topic. Switch to proofing and values change to the actual numbers.

  Hey guys, sorry for the BEEP newbie question really ignorant. But is it possible to change the XSL logic directly from the new 11 g BEEP web page layout editor, or what I need to build a layout of Word RTF instead? I'm new to the BEEP and know enough that I want to add custom logic in the foreach loop, and for the life of me, I can't find a way to expose or to get the underlying XSL code in the web page layout editor.
  
  I know from the little I've seen to a 10 g tutorial, I could see the "for-each" loop control and there was a way to add a new logic that it contains a layout of the Word doc with the tags.
  
  I tried searching this forum and also scouring the web and documentation for clues, but I had no luck. Please let me know if I missed somewhere.

  No, it is not possible. BIP11g Layout editor is for the end user, which implies developing the immediate model for a report with a minimum of knowledge. RTF models are for advanced and skilled developer who wants to have a more complete control over the layout of data.

• Content changed to the bars in the Layout Editor - how to reverse?

  I thought I knew that GoLive 6.0 pretty well, as I have been using for 8 years now.  However, it left me speechless.

  I have a site with several pages, the homepage is relatively simple.  I was working on updating my information to brand a few weeks ago, and all of a sudden all of the content on the home page that was not on a layer has disappeared and has been replaced by blue bars and boxes at the bottom of the page.  This included areas of text, smart objects, photos, etc.  I tried to download the original from my server, but it appeared likewise in GoLive's layout editor.  Here's the weird thing - if I download the home page concerned, it appears perfectly on the web.  I can't display properly in the Layout editor.  In addition, no other pages on the site have been affected.

  Someone at - it ideas?
