  I'm not aware of such a case. You need a subscription of Stock to use images of resolution full high resolution without watermark.

  Without the subscription, you can add pictures to your library in Photoshop and try out them, but they will be of lower quality and the Adobe watermark on them.

  I believe you can, but why you use Adobe Stock images for this?

  Facebook gives you hundreds of thousands of free Shutterstock images to use on your ads. When you start creating an ad, and you are prompted to choose a photo, you can click on the button Free Stock Images and their research library.

  The problem is that you try to open an Illustrator file in Photoshop. They are Illustrator files .ai files. You must open in Illustrator and resize and export to something compatible with your needs.

  So here's my solution:

  1. go on the Web for hp Support site

  2. go in the software and driver download

  3. set the language of driver on the language of your choice (in fact: it was the main problem)

  4. download an operating system image

  5. run the configuration tool and copy the image of an operating system on a flash drive

  6. restart the workstation and install the os

  7. take advantage of your computer ThinClient in the language of your choice

  I don't know, why the hp Easy Tools downloaded the image of evil, but with this solution, that I find myself at the same point, as if they did.
