It's true that when I have the monthly license of Photoshop I can download Adobe for free stock images?

I heard it is possible, however, I do not know how to do it. Thank you for your help.

I'm not aware of such a case. You need a subscription of Stock to use images of resolution full high resolution without watermark.

Without the subscription, you can add pictures to your library in Photoshop and try out them, but they will be of lower quality and the Adobe watermark on them.
