  You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers (PC or MAC), as long as you use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

  It is a digression of your technical question, but you haven't purchased two separate subscriptions for creative cloud? You are probably aware of this, but just in case you're not, a single Plan of creative photography cloud allows installation and activation on two computers. These computers can be two Macs, two windows, or one of each. See Adobe Creative Cloud FAQ for more information. Of course, you can have another reason to buy multiple subscriptions, but I wanted to clarify in case you can save yourself a little money.
