Licenses messed up, nobody is at home at Adobe and was waiting for help online for more than 10 minutes

Updated 9-12 volume license (first mistake).  I was told we could keep volume licensing - went to write in the first person, and it is demanding an adobe ID to register and then does not recognize the license key.  Cannot talk to anyone at Adobe, because all no automated, it seems, no humans.  Any ideas?

Also, the email addresses are confused for licenses.  Adobe 9 is under an e-mail and the upgrade is another.  Adobe doesn't have more than customer either only the sales of services.  I'm ready to call the dealer and tell him that she be reimbursed.

Adobe has the customer service...  The quick/more easier way to communicate with them is usually via live online chat, although it cannot be opened permanently.  Is that what you meant by "waiting on live help for 10 minutes"?

    The CC has been activated twice.

    You must turn off PC,

    When install you it on the third computer or for the third time & when activate you, if it installed & activated twice already, there will be a possibility to disable previous computers, please click that. (To disable preinstalled machine, open any application Adobe CC > Help Menu > Signout.)

    Then it will allow you to activate on your new machine,

    Now you can go to your first computer, disconnect & reconnect CC Desktopp app, launch any product, if there is no product to buy, which invites there will be an option for "software license", please click on the & sign.

    It will reactivate the CC on the first machine.

    You have already disabled it a machine, so you can activate it on the third computer.

    There is the same problem with the laptop turned off firewall.

    Connection failed even when using the ethernet cable.

    Can not ping router (return message is "General failure"), but can ping 127.0.0.1
    Router computer shows as connected and my other computer (Vista) sees the computer on a network card but cannot ping it.
    Last internet connection was August 28, Windows software was last updated was on 16 August.

    I restarted my laptop in SafeMode with networking and the problem fixed itself - I guess there was a software conflict or an internal configuration had got out of sync.

    you will not be able to open ps after 30 days.

    (on the other hand, if it is already open on the 30th day and you leave it open, it must continue to operate unless you shut up.)

  • Getting a Windos 7 Build 7601 non-genuine copy for a Home Premium which has been installed for > a year

    I had a Windows 7 Home Premium operating system installed on a Raid 1 (mirror) configuration for more than a year. Windows 7, I bought it at a major, reliable, computer supplier NCIX.  A few months ago, I bought an Intel SSD drive and cloned on this disc; However, as I was not able to create a system image of this player, I disconnected this drive until I had the time to solve this problem. (What ultimately I did last night)

    Unfortunately, recently my Raid configuration (using the Intel Rapid Storage Technology technology) needed to make a regeneration. While I reboot my system, I was able to log in but inside one minute I had a blue WHITE screen to identify the error to build 7601.

    This environment, the only thing to do, I can manage scheduled to start Task Manager, where I could start a "new task" as cmd.exe , but could not run in mode "elevated command prompt" cmd.

    My user name has administrative privleges but I was unable to properly execute one of the suggestions I found on this topic on the Microsoft site, etc..  For example if I start a new task to the task Mgr, find cmd.exe in the Windows/System32 folder and try to "run as Administrator", I get a message "cannot find D:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe". But if I spend just without the option "Run as Administrator", the cmd function runs but unfortunately not as an administrator.  (Windows is probably showing on D: because of the additional Windows Boot partition that Windows Installer initially created on this drive is C :)

    In the last week or so I tried to save various files of my drives Raided by starting off my SSD drive which is not as recent as the pair Raided.  I didn't really want to re - install Windows 7 and charging/configure various other software I had on the pair Raided.  I can't find pictures of system or to try to fix the Win7 on the pair Raided, the restore points.  I tried a repair feature, without result.

    "Because I was not getting anywhere with the resolution of this ' error 7601" on my records searched, I have attached another drive and clone the SSD him but manually defined a 'disc system reserved' more on the SSD that fixed my "create a system image failures."  I have re-cloned and then to the SSD.

    I just restarted to from the SSD and now get "black background" with a "7601" error After losing my time following various guests/options/suggestions Microsoft who finally suggested that I should buy another copy of Windows software, I've run the MGADiag tool and which one out of this note.  I have full access to a windows environment 'normal' on system SSD... which I did not when starting and connecting to the pair of Raid.

    I just ran the Visual Basic slmgr.vbs with the /ato option.

    It has left me with a background black but deleted the message "not authentic 7601" and declares that "

    I would say that most of our work to support themselves plugins to install in the first place. As well as the issue of fees, using Adobe Exchange just adds another layer of complexity to the installation process.

    If you look at the Adobe Exchange troubleshooting guide, add ons:

    Step 7 is "try installing with the extensions Manager! There is a note on it does not not with CC 2015, but this means that you must support all issues that may arise in steps 1 through 6 as well as all installation issues, you are already dealing with.

    Also note that as you change not the motherboard Windows should not require re-installation and activation.
