  You must disable the graphic processor of Lightroom preferences, but since the opening of its not, you can either method below.

  Please follow the Solution below

  1. Go to edit > preference > Performance > uncheck "processor chart use" If this does not solves the problem then,
  2. With Lightroom closed
  • Access

  C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences    (Where AppData is a system folder / hidden so you may need to enter the name of the folder directly into your browser's address bar or activate hidden folders / system in the Internet Explorer view folder options.)

  • Open the file LightroomPreferences.agprefs
  • Locate the line use = True autobahn (press CTRL + F)
  • Take Autobahn use = False

  
  

  After save the file

  Restart Lightroom

  Depending on your operating system, use Windows Explorer or the Finder to open the folder containing your catalog. In this folder, you will find a file with the same name as your catalog, but with .lock extension. This file should be deleted, and then you will be able to start Lightroom.

  It is possible that you moved the catalog when you have transferred your pictures on the external drive. Or you moved it by other means.

  Messages that you receive are an indication that LR does not find the catalogue with what he used to work.

  You have to find the catalog that LR has worked with when it finally opened.

  The catalog is a file with the ending <.lrcat>.

  The only way I can get an exported image to open it in ACR is to export the title Original or DNG.

  When you go to open the image in Photoshop, it will open in generic form of file without extension.

  When you save, you choose a file format, such as PSD or Tiff.

  My guess is that you used previously to export as Original or DNG.

  As part of the smart object, I do not use it and can't comment on it. But I see there is an option in ACR to open as smart object.

  With the help of your browser in the system (Windows Explorer or Finder), open the folder containing your catalog and search for a file with the extension .lock. You must remove this file and then Lightroom will start normally. The file will have the same name as the catalog you have used, but it will have the different extension.
