  I'm trying to download for the creative cloud trial versions. A couple of days, I installed and downloaded the desktop cloud creative and properly installed Illustrator application. Then I tried to download InDesign immediately after - got stuck at 42%. I googled and tried to solve this problem, but nothing seems to work. Seems this is a common problem.

  Then I tried to uninstall the creative desktop application cloud - and now the icon is grayed out and I can't connect?

  But I can't always spent 42%, trying to download trials. And after trying to download tests, my application of Office CC greys again so I have to repeat the above process. I've tried 3-4 other apps, and they all stop at 42%?

  After research on this, I tried to rename some files library as OLD, so they are renewed, re-Setup desktop app from CC, download directly from links - nothing seems to work.

  I can sign in the end on the site, so my account seems fine.

  I'm on Mac, El Capitan 10.11.3 running

  You can try to do a manual clean then restart with all:

  Remove all applications using the cleaning tool Adobe CC use the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

  and then check these locations to remove all remaining files:

  Use Go > move to folder command

  / tmp

  / Applications/Adobe *.

  / Applications /. (Hidden) AdobePatchFiles

  / Applications/utilities/Adobe *.

  / [Startup disk] / Library/Application Support / Adobe *.

  / [Startup disk] / Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher /.

  / [Startup disk]/Library/Preferences/com.adobe*

  / [Startup disk] / Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher /.

  /Users/ [user] / Library/Application Support / Adobe *.

  /Users/ [user] / Library/Caches/Adobe *.

  /Users/ [user] / Library/caches/com. Adobe *.

  /Users/ [user] / Library/Preferences/Adobe *.

  /Users/ [user] / Library/Preferences/com. Adobe *.

  that should do it!

  PS: Little above mentioned locations can be removed by cleaning tool!

  I DOWNLOADED LIGHTROOM 4 TRIAL ONLY TO FIND IT WOULD NOT BECAUSE ITS ONLY FOR VISTA OR LATER WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW BEFORE DOWNLOADING NOT AT THE END OF THE INSTALLATION OR IS THERE A LIGHTROOM 4 FOR WINDOWS XP;

  He says in the Tech sheet on the product page. There is no LR for Win XP, which even in enterprise environments is now a fading memory with Win 7...

• After effects C6 trial download problem

  I have problems to download free trial version of Adobe after effects C6. I clicked on the download of EI, but when it opens Adobe Application Manager it does not appear on the list. Other applications adobe appears to try/install. I use Windows Vista.

• Acrobat Pro XI free trial download problem and need help

  This morning I have tried to download acrobat Pro XI on the adobe site and encountered a problem.

  I get a popup that says "the application could not be installed because the Installer file is damaged. Try to get a new setup of the author of the application file.

  I'm not a computer scientist, and I don't know what to do next. Any help would be great!

  I had solved it. I could not download the program, but when I got the option in the form of creative clouds (with all the other adobe programs) it worked.

  Seems that your download has failed or was corrupt. Try to re - download the application from http://www.adobe.com/products/catalog.html

  Please serious question and provide more details as the OS, the application name and version, etc., in the case of isuse even.

  If you buy Photoshop CS6 it will hide all functions expanded, unless you bought Photoshop CS6 Extended ;-)

• The trial downloads app - why a trial

  I've been a paying member of creative cloud for years.  Sometimes in the past year or so, when you go to the Apps section to download a program, only select button is for a trial download.  I get messages that my trial is about to expire.  How can I get rid of this shit?  If I am a member and you connect to creative cloud, I wouldn't have to deal with the problems of the trial.  Anyone can shed some light on this?
