  It really depends on who has the copyright and their wishes. There are several clip art images
  in the public domain.

  If this is not the case in the public domain then you need to know the law and to check with the owner of the copyright.

  You can try using a spare printer driver that will allow you to create the custom paper size you need.

  1. click on the start menu.
  2 click devices and printers.
  3. right click on your printer.
  4. Select printer properties.
  5. click on the Advanced tab.
  6. click on new driver.
  7. click on next.
  8. Select HP in the first list
  9. Select Deskjet 450 in the second.
  If the 450 driver is not there, use the Deskjet 990c printer driver.
  10. click Next.
  11. click on finish.
  12. click on apply.
  13. click OK to close the window.

I saw that Adobe offers reduced rates for organizations not-for-profit, but could not find concrete information - such as what evidence/documentation needed to apply and where to download this information, or even what is the discount. I tried to use the chat service to find that point, but was referred to the call center. On appeal, the representative could not answer my questions, or refer me to someone who could, leaving me feeling very frustrated. I am aware that we are just a small fish in a big pond, but surely, this information should be available.
