  Hi people,

  I am running CS4, AS3. Thanks in advance to take a look at this.

  Asked me to tie a Flash banner ad to a URL. To do this, I created a new layer with a keyframe in frame 1, which spans the entire animation. In this layer, I entered the code ActionScript in REFERENCE 1. It works very well in several browsers, including Chrome and IE8 FF3.6 and works for the client. Then...

  Their webmaster by email by saying that he "did not all links in new banner." I don't know what that means and if he actually tested the code.

  I compared it to what I wrote - that was generated by the "Publish" option in CS4. This is REFERENCE 3.

  I did something wrong? Everything works in all my tests, and they work for the customer.

  Looks like they missing you a lot of information in the header. It is much smaller than the header that generates the CS4. They also have a link under the <!-url is used in the movie-> comment. May - ensure that this affects performance? To my knowledge, it's obsolete. Maybe they used an older version of Flash?

  For what is your reference to a more robust head section, there is probably no difference between the two - they both use the AC_FL_RunContent encoding to embed the Flash file.   The main part of the just REF3 contains all javascript code that is in the file that they are binding in the following line...

  It is unlikley that everyone will download your file and work for you.  To reduce the file size usually requires taking the content can you load dynamically, such as images, audio and video files.

• Flash animation on top of menu drop-down lists

  I created a flash animation and installed in a site to see that the flash movie appeared on top of my menu drop-down lists.  I tried to set the mode "move" window in opaque and transparent, had no effect.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The solution is to set wmode = "transparent" and in your object/embed html, but that only solves the problem in win/IE. The problem is there on the home page of Adobe own years. If you are unlucky enough to use a Mac there is no effective solution for this problem.

  Hey,.

  I wonder how to make a link in Flash Professional 8, autour tutorials?

  A link to a web page and a link to another section of the same Flash file imply different code.  I'll show you examples of the two wrt using interactive control.

  In this case, the button is assigned an instance name of linkBtn (it is entitled in the properties panel).  The code I show is placed on a chassis that is identical to the key (different layers for good housekeeping).

  The difference between the two for the link in the section would depend on section1 is a piece of animated timeline that plays when you get there or a self-contained movieclip that has its own controls.

• Urgent! Table HTML - dependent screen browser Flash animation cell

  I wonder if anyone has experienced the same problem I have (note, Windows XP, Dreamweaver 4).
  Let's look at the HTML (gross) attached: a simple HTML table to a column and two rows is built to contain a link to the banner image and a link of banner animation Flash in each cell consecutively.
  
  The Flash animation works normally when the HTML page is seen in IE and Opera, until either it is placed inside a table cell.
  Inside the cell the flash animation seems to disappear, but I suspect that it is reduced to a pixel of image 1 in height, as it shows pretty much using Opera.
  
  Is there something I'm missing? Of course, the code looks right to me - maybe there's a browser setting I'm missing?

  Don't think it was the problem (percentages used nationally to the users browser?) ... If you have set thinking me!

  Tired before, only so just remember that when I was experimenting with the definition of the properties of Table image was sometimes visible!

  Short version: what formatting a cell that contains a Flash animation doesn't do not fill the field H or use % (even if you are supposed to!), use instead the pixels - Flash image collapses / disappearance. Blank and % are fine anywhere else...

  (I type a long answer before, but it was eaten by the monster of forum )

  Someone ' one/i will be probably understand why it is so or maybe I just rediscovered the wheel here - but this is not really important now - because my Flash animation now makes the same on IE, Opera and FireFox!

  Help please, I have set up a Web site using a menu system that must fall down on a dropdown - menu flash animation I have managed to get the drop downs to go in front of the animation using the transparent tag - but each option has to be clicked twice to get the link to work.

  I wrote a cf / css dynamic menu. I have 1 question with it. I have a flash movie on the page, and when you hover over the menu drop / nav, the menu goes behind the flash animation and makes the other links in the nav unusable. Is there a script for a code that will make the NAV go over the animation and not behind it?
  
  I tried a number of things, I figured out it's wmode it's my problem. I have wmode = opaque working in all browsers accept IE 7.0, I tried wmode = transparent, and does not either. Am I missing something? is there something else to do for IE7 that I did not read?
