  I am fairly new to this, but I think it has to do with the way you have drop them downs named. Copy you a then keep stick in each area? If so, that's the problem. You must rename each with a different number: Dropdown1, Dropdown2, etc. I think this might solve the problem.

  I added a P6 activity Code (seller) and added some code values it contains. I'm in a position successfully, choose this option in the selected columns list, but when I go to select a value from the drop down, no values are displayed.

  When you assign a code by clicking on the column, a window opens. At the top of the window, click on the view bar, and then choose filter by > all values.

  (8) ParamValues.disabled = kPrFalse;
  (9) ParamValues.hidden = kPrFalse;
  (10) fieldOrderParam.paramValues = ParamValues;

  exportParamSuite-> AddParam (exporterPluginID,
  mgroupIndex,
  ADBEBasicVideoGroup,
  and ParamName);

  I can then load my dynamically generated strings in the fall down (in ProstProcessParams) and they are displayed correctly.

  Then, I call upon export

  exportParamSuite-> GetParamValue (exID, 0, ADBEBasicVideoGroup, & ParamValueToBeReturned);

  to get the current value.

  However, I'm not UTF16 string. My guess is that's because the value of this field is UTF16 and not int (that I put in place on the line 5). I tried to use exParamType_string, but it gives me an editable text field.

  Then, how we configure a drop custom down correctly to obtain the current values of the string of her?

  Hey Petro,

  During exSelPostProcessParams, in your calls to the AddConstrainedValuePair(), you have defined a type of integer values to strings mapping.  You can use the same mapping to determine which channel has been selected in the drop-down menu of the integer value passed from GetParamValue().  Integer values can actually be more accurate, because due to the location, the strings may vary.

  Looking at the code, you can make limited value of pairs with parameters of type exParamType_string.

  I'm showing the value to the export of a drop-down list instead of the selected option or the user selects BLACK, but the value of exports of BLK is actually displayed.  I can find many discussions on how to get the value of the exports and display it or use it to trigger another answer in another area and I can usually tweak my existing JavaScripts when I need something new, but I just can't wrap my head around this!

  I've been doing this for a long time and have never heard of anyone who wants something like this, so it is interesting. Remove your current script and try the following script Format customized drop eyes:

  Custom drop-down list Format script

  Event.Value = event.target.getItemAt (event.target.currentValueIndices, true);

  This defines what is displayed in the drop-down list in the value of exports of the selected item. Select the 'Value selected to validate immediately' option to the drop-down list for smoother operation.

  OK and I think v1.1 solves this problem. Testing, sorry, more tests can prove me wrong. The array must be initialized in the body of a function, otherwise, it gets recreated in each call to the script object. So I created a form (aka the global variable) variable to contain the initial data. With each release, event, I added a call to a function called checkData() that validates the entered value (either selected in the drop-down list or a custom text entry) does not exist.

  I am adding new values to the form variable and recreate the table of the form variable. This works very well for this use case, but I would discourage that adopting a form with several drop-down lists and/or a lot of data related to each dropdpown. You should really use data binding and put the processing on the server.

  • Because the initialization event again fills the drop-down list with the default Larry, Curly, Moe, the drop-down list loses 'tailor-made' entries on the reopening of the PDF file. Is there a way to save the final drop-down list, so that the options are there when the file is saved, closed and reopened its doors?

  This really requires a server solution or a rights compatible form that allows client-side XML import/export.

  It looks right! The result of your returnedEvent property must be an arrayCollection of objects (any point) collection. Each object has a property TICKET_SOURCE_ID and TICKET_SOURCE_NAME. If you do not change the names of these properties, then your labelField of the ComboBox must be on TICKET_SOURCE_NAME, so that it matches the property name!
