[locked] adobe flash player plugin doesn't work in FFox 3.6.8

and plugin version 10.1.53.64. FFox Plugin Check says "up to date". At least 10 times a day, I get a "script error" Javascript alert when I try
to view the Flash content. I have carefully studied this prob on your site, but can't find any answer to my prob, is why this thread.
Please tell me:
1. how to solve this problem, and
2. why should I not COMPLETELY block all Flash content with freeware tools.
It would be a shame, because I have 5 million hits on my YouTube (and other files swf/.flv-hosted vidsites)... but I have no option now but to consider

I would like that having something to offer a solution to this problem. I have had several accidents and sent hundreds hundreds or reports of incidents to FireFox and Adobe, but apparently, they don't have anyone accompanying such questions. There may be some setting of the majical browser that allows Adobe products work because they are designed in the browser settings. Looks like if there were specific parameters, that Adobe would have made a very clear notice of them, before offering the free download, or it must have ben said in the installation process.
Not everyone who uses a computer is a technical expert and should not expect to have all these answers. There are technical gurus however that supposed to work in the technical support Office, somewhere in the vicinity of which the error and accident reports are sent. It is an assertion that the people of Adobe don't do their job.

So I installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player Plugin for Firefox and I am able to watch videos of youtube on my browser and other things that require flash player, but I have a disc that I got with my Samsung screen, and when I put it in my computer, it says that I do not actually have flash player. Also, when I try to play a game, DawnGate, theres a black box where a video should be and he says that I don't have a flash drive, and it is necessary to watch these videos. I tried to uninstall and I was unable to Watch youtube videos, and when I reinstalled, I was able to Watch youtube even once, but that did not fix my problem. Is there something that I am missing? Adobe Flash Player 11.4 leaves work, shows no video even after reinstalling.
Adobe Flash Player 11.3 r300, and she had stopped showing videos, etc. in Firefox a few days ago. Completely remove Adobe Flash Player using Adobe Flash Uninstaller and reinstall. You can follow the steps below:

Adobe Flash Player 'upgrade' is NOT working/upgrade...
I have: HP laptop, new less than 6 months; Windows 7; IE; and according to the list of my programs, I have the 'current version' Adobe Flash Player installed... and yet, when I try to watch a video on youtube, or play a game through Facebook, it shows that I need to "upgrade Flash Player". I have followed the links, all step by step directions to upgrade, install, uninstall and reinstall the Flash Player. I check then the list, it shows that I have the latest version, but it still does not work. VERY FRUSTRATED. Ideas for what is wrong? Or, is this a topical product? Would appreciate any help!

Try a new installation as follows.
First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.
Once the download is complete, close all the browser windows, open your downloads folder and run the program uninstaller. After this has completed, restart the laptop.
Now, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You can deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before downloading.
