  HARD drive recovery can not be downloaded.
  You can not download the recovery disc as well.

  Generally, recovery disc HARD must be available on your laptop and you should be able to start this pressing F8 at the beginning of the initialization.

  Language switching in Cloud applications is a preference setting. Switching language non-Cloud has always required contacting Adobe, as the license is tied to the language. Language files must be included with the installer and the legacy versions are archived with different groups of language files.

  For the Suites and standalones inside each suite - I have always understood that the languages listed next to each link are the only ones to be included in this specific download.

  Very few languages listed for CS5 Design Premium. No Dutch so I do not think the OP won't get a Dutch version of one of the links below.

  When I opened iTunes App Store link, Firefox wants to automatically open iTunes. In Options > Applications, I found the itms and itmss content types, which causes this behavior. To avoid future pop ups, I check "Remember my choice for itmss links" but only after selecting iTunes or another application. There should be a third option there for 'doing nothing '.   You just solved my problem - there is no Network.protocol - handler.external. itms or itmss prefs, so I added the Boolean values:

  Network.protocol - handler.external.itms
  Network.protocol - handler.external.itmss

  Set to false and voila! No iTunes, don't ask me what program to use.

  Were you recently doing a Clean Install? I ask because you are implying in your installation of Windows XP is in 'gold' or SP0 (i.e., pre - SP1) level. Well sure, automatic updates will not work!
  You can use this path to level – says in passing:
  Gold XP to XP SP2 to XP SP3.
  Note that installing SP1a is TOTALLY USELESS!
  Here are the detailed instructions:

  1. download the installation of SP2, SP3 and IE8 files. I prefer to keep these on a USB key, but this is optional. Here are the links to all the installation of three files:

  8 make sure that firewall Windows is activated (it should be).

  (Now you can physically reconnect to the Internet.)

  9 visit Windows Update to download and install only the critical security updates.

  10 re - enable automatic updates.
