    I have a bunch of pictures of a photographer I need to put a credit. They are all very light (~ 50 k) as they have been saved with JPG compression to only about 900 x 600px.

    My problem is that when I run the action to add the credit, the file is saved as a JPG file but the only way to achieve a similar weight is to set the compression level 2, resulting in a massive loss of quality. With a quality to 12 files increase around 200 k! Is it possible that I can keep the size of the original (or similar) file even if I am actually starting with a new image by editing? The photo credit is added on the edge, not bunk.

    50 KB for a 900 x 600 pixels image is on the small side and suggests either a high-compression JPG or even save for Web has been used before they came for you.  200 KB is a file size reasonable for a good quality JPG of this size.  It's one of those situations "it is what it is."   Degree of activity are the images?  I'm guessing that you realize that images of high frequency with a lot of details and small blocks of different color, will not compress nearly as well as something like a little bird in a blue sky, so the specific images, you work on will of course affect the size of the file.

    You can get the original files in an uncompressed format?

    The file size is critical?  that is, this is for the use of the web, or what?

    At the present stage, there is no solution that will maintain the quality and the size of the file.

  • I HAV been trying to update my expiration date of credit card for 3 months.  When I go to lelien for "Update payment Details" and edit the expiration date and < click > save, I get an error saying my address in invalid.  I have several chat sessions

    Can someone please help...  Suggestions, how can I overcome this problem, in which case my Adobe Creative cloud subscription will expire today due to and credit card.

    I tried to update my expiration date of credit card for 3 months.  When I go to the "Update payment Details" link and change the expiry date then < click > save, I get an error saying my invalid address.  I had several chat sessions with support, called support and logged a ticket with support and every time they tell me to go to a particular link to update my contact information.  I do and I get the same error...   "My coordinates are not valid."  Now I'm in the position where my creative cloud membership will expire today everything simply because the Adobe address validation do not think that my address is valid.

    I got 'Cat' sessions with the support,

    I made a phone call to the support and

    I logged a ticket with support.  I'm really trying to pay my subscription.  Support ticket No. 0216009991

    Whenever I have contact the support they gave me a link to the site where I supposedly can I enter my credit card details.

    Whenever I went on the link provided, I'd get the same error.  "My coordinates are not valid."

    What I checked on my address.

    1. I look out the window and the view I get is the same as it was yesterday and the day, and in fact several years ago.

    2. I go out in the street, Yes, the street sign says the name of my street

    3. I go to my mailbox and it does not say the number of my mailing address

    4. yes I get the email to the address registered with Adobe

    5. yes I received the email from adobe delivered to the address

    6. I get the address of Google, yes I can find it on Google

    7. I converted to use the satellite view Google maps

    8. Yes, it's my house, with the 12 solar panels on the roof

    9. Yes, that's my black car in the driveway

    10. I check my reviews for my address Board rate, Yes, this is the address that I recorded with Adobe

    11. Yes, I had this same address registered at Adobe for the past 3 years.  So far I have not had a problem with my address

    12. I work with a software company that actually uses the address of Google, under license validation, built-in in their application.  I used this software to check to see if my address is recognized as valid.  You guessed it is recognized as valid.

    I did check my credit card

    12. Yes, I have, every time checked the status of my credit card with the Bank

    a. the card is valid

    b. the card's not over it's credit limit

    c. the card is not due

    d. the address registered to my credit card with the Bank is the same address that I recorded with Adobe

    Since the last link Adobe support gave me two weeks ago, to change my credit card details, I was able to key a new credit card in the fields (Yes it's good that I was forced to get a new credit card only for Adobe!   If I am that everything would be fine.

    But wait...   The details I provided this link have not been updated on the Adobe site.  (So I check the link... I was scammed to get my card number?)

    After investigation of the link, I'm fairly confident of the link provided is a true link to Adobe.  www.adobe.com/go/Secure

    Did anyone else had this type of problem when you try to update the expiration date of a credit card?

    The question is about to have an impact on my ability to process pictures for my photography business, it affects my ability to earn an income.

    So you could say I'm getting angry some of the stuffing!

    In summary...  I knew that my credit card had a new expiration date and I tried to update the expiration 3 months 3 months.

    Simply because the use of the validation of addresses, Adobe, has a few flaws, I was not able to update this information.  So Adobe today will stop my subscription.

    As I said in previous support tickets, chat sessions and telephone.  I'll be more disappointed if I am prevented from using software and Adobe cloud features.

    Good creative team...  I REALLY WANT TO STAY IN THE TEAM, AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE FOREGOING, THAT I REALLY TRIED TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST 3 MONTHS.

    I tried to include as much information as possible in what I said earlier, I expressed in a way that will hopefully provide a little humor, but at the same time to portray the frustration I'm feeling right now.

    Honestly, I don't know what more I can do.  It seems that I have no other recourse start litigation for loss of income coming from Adobe address Validation errors.  There is a real chance that I will be litigated against because I won't be able to complete contracts.

    There must be a healthier solution of mind that court proceedings.

  • Unable to update card credit after several attempts with assistance. Worst customer service EVER

    For the last three weeks I am trying to change the credit card to pay for my subscription. It failed several times on the line. I contacted representatives by chat and phone 5 times. Each time, I gave the number of credit card and was assured that everything had been settled. Whenever there was no change and I always get a notice that my account is not paid. $ 1 of Adobe appeared on my credit card, but the membership fee has not crossed. At this point, I am completely at a loss for what to do - and Yes, I contacted Adobe by phone once more with my file number. It is the worst customer service I've ever had, without exception.

  • Not able to pay the membership with a new credit card

    Tomorrow the cloud of my company membership expires and I am not able to do anything. Support, I called and they created a case, but that did not help much! We are no longer able to provide services to our customers of the future on suite to Adobe error on the site. Change credit card is not possible! The error should be corrected as soon as POSSIBLE! Because I assume that Adobe will not compensate our losses of income!

    It is obvious that the wait for the membership to expire and then through regular payment resolved the problem. Now the new cc is registered in the billing so section.

    I have remote on my iMac all the time. I have problems with it the loss of connection to the internet since the upgrade to Sierra. I connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable. I'll lose connection 10-15 minutes after leaving my computer and access it remotely. I "Wake for network WiFi access" checked and enable the display of SETTING for 10 minutes. " I just had this problem in the past few days since the upgrade. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I also use it for the presentation of work very frequently and lose the connection during their. Thank you

    Not quite the same thing as I'm not trying to access remotely, but since the upgrade to Sierra, my iMac mid-2010 do not reconnect to the wifi in the morning.  It is not slow, it will not reconnect all until I explicitly select the network.  I don't have this problem before the Sierra, and it doesn't seem to affect my Air mid-2012 (also on the Sierra).

I got Apple Support call me and they told me it! WHY IS THERE NO EMAIL SENT TO THE ADDRESS ON FILE TO EXPLAIN THAT?

    It's normal...  Apple places hold a $1 authorization, but you will be refunded within two to three business days.

    Hello! I have a few questions for you about Apple music family members.

    My parents and I consider joining Apple music on domestic contract. I know that we have iCloud family shares this option, don't we? My father is going to be the Organizer, which means that the credit card number connected to his Apple ID will cover the costs.     Thank you for using communities Support from Apple! We would be happy to help you with your questions. In the order:

    -You can control what you share, by hiding a specific content is not visible to other members of your family group or by disabling the option of sharing your purchases.

    -All purchases are charged to the Organizer, but purchases will apply to any available gift or store credit before billing if you want to pay for it yourself (i.e. by applying a gift card iTunes Store on your account).

    -Sharing family is mainly on the content you've purchased. There is a shared photo album automatically created, but you must choose to add photos to it.

    -You can choose not not to activate the Apple music on a computer or device. Just note that when Apple music is enabled on a device, you can not directly sync in iTunes (since it's synchronization via iCloud music library instead).

    -Any member of a group of older family of more than 13 sharing can leave at any time. If the Organizer leaves, he dissolved the group.
