Unable to update card credit after several attempts with assistance. Worst customer service EVER

For the last three weeks I am trying to change the credit card to pay for my subscription. It failed several times on the line. I contacted representatives by chat and phone 5 times. Each time, I gave the number of credit card and was assured that everything had been settled. Whenever there was no change and I always get a notice that my account is not paid. $ 1 of Adobe appeared on my credit card, but the membership fee has not crossed. At this point, I am completely at a loss for what to do - and Yes, I contacted Adobe by phone once more with my file number. It is the worst customer service I've ever had, without exception.

    In short - you can't

    IF you have a computer with iTunes on which you did a prior backup - the phone will be recognized and iTunes offer todo backup before it clears your device - that - except if you know the access code the content cannot be saved

    I've read similar posts in the forum but could not seem to find a definitive answer.

    Here's what's happening.

    When I try to update the TPL, it works very well for the first time several. It will update all files on the site.

    However it stops working after several attempts to update. The Update window crashes after update the first bit of html files and the rest never gets updated.

    I tried the "recreating Cache of the Site" but not luck.

    My solution is to stop DW and restart again, and then it works again, but only for the first several times as I explained.

    It is such a pain in the * when I need to update the site frequently.

    BTW, this happens not only for a particular site, but for all the sites that I created on DW.

    I'm using DreamweaverCC2015 on Mac OSX 10.10.5

    Have you tried to clear the cache of program?

    FYI, I am not savvy computer so the video from YouTube by Adobe Tech was too complicated to follow AND I am unable to see (DUH!) since I have no Flash Player installed program (no sense!).

  • Apps CC will not update. Error U44M1I11. Said to contact the Customer Service, that I can't find or reach.

    I tried to update the CC apps for a few weeks. None of them will be fully download and update. They all give this error message:

    So, anyone have any suggestions or know what I have to do because I really want my computer to work.  If I can't connect, is there anything I should do?  How can I avoid this happening again?

    That looks a lot like a hardware problem. Maybe overheating.

    I had my computer in "safe" mode during the installation. I tried disabling my firewall temporarily, then I tried with all the protections that are temporarily off.
    * I really don't understand the reasoning for me required updates for Microsoft Office 2003 and related features... I have not installed it in my computer, nor use any product of Outlook. I guess maybe it's to cover items that can be received by e-mail perhaps as an attachment. ??

  • MM turns on after several attempts

    Hi people out there.

    About 3 weeks ago I brought my Mac Mini at a support centre official that I can get my card fixed logic (logic + glitching integrated graphics card).

    After paying 500 to replace the whole logic board, I now encountered another problem.

    Everytime I push the power button, the front LED lights up for about 1/2 second, then turns off. I was able to hear how the fan tries to run then shuts down.

    Even if I managed to turn on the computer when I insist by pressing the power button. Need me about 100 attempts to make it work. Then, when I'm inside the system, all smooth as silk.

    Possible corrections that I put away:

    • The power cable seems to agree, I tried the plugin in another cable, but the problem persists.
    • Reset the PRAM and SMC made no difference at all.
    • Put discarded if there is electrical interference cause peripheral, I tried power with the power cord plugged alone, the problem persists.

    Looks like you have a bad connection or loose somewhere... ?

    (switch, power supply, logic board, etc.).

    Take it back to the official repair center and ask them to solve the problem. Personally, I insist that the work covered by the recent logic board replacement warranty.

    I'm not impressed by your website. Yesterday and today I tried to upgrade my trial now expired from photography to a monthly subscription. I crossed the workflow of payment and advised that I had received a confirmation email. I have not received. Today, I then uninstalled my trial versions thinking that maybe the problem. Then I tried again to buy Photoshop and Lightroom. Yet once, I has not received a confirmation email.

  • Unable to start Portege S100 after the HDD with SafeBoot encryption

    I am trying to install the full encryption of the disk of SafeBoot (McAfee Endpoint) of 100 + laptops, which most is Toshiba. I use Device Encryption 5.1.5.0, liberation 5300 (515-0015) and I was able to install successfully on a number of different models of Toshiba, however, the Portege S100 causing me a problem. The customer of SafeBoot software installs OK on Windows XP SP2 (and SP3) and encrypts the drive as usual, but as soon as I restart it does not start again.

    Now, when I turn first I get:

    for a second, then a dialog box appears in the middle of the screen:

    Error: 0xe002001b
    No boot disk was found

    I think it's because this laptop has a SATA RAID build controller. We do not use the RAID configuration and that you have an original disc installed. The BIOS is the latest version 1.50 and the third system configuration screen shows the status of RAID array to 1RAID-0. If I put it in JBOD so I can't even go as far as the Windows installation.

    So far I have tried to replace the Toshiba RAID with the Intel 82801FBM (ICH6M) driver SATA AHCI 7.0.0.1020 pilot. It works very well during the installation of Windows to step and F6 in Windows before encryption. I used even with the success of this pilot with a WinTech CD (updated the BartPE CD with SafeBoot plugin) and am able to see the encrypted drive. However, even with this driver, I get the same message once encrypted.

    I'm sure that my SafeBoot administration and deployment is configured correctly because the same works set of installation very well on a certain number of models different for laptop, but not this one.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    I m not an expert in SafeBoot software. It s I don't not known but I would like to say a few words about the RAID driver that you used.

    I think that it s a bad driver. It looks like a SATA driver and not the RAID driver.

    The Toshiba European page pilot provides a * 1.3.8.0 * v for the Toshiba RAID driver

    Please check this!

    I would recommend also consulted with the Portege S100 user manual.
    You will find details of the RAID.

    JBOD means no RAID settings. By using this option, Windows cannot be installed on this drive, except using the Toshiba DVD/CD product recovery

    I'm trying to update the dates of beginning and end using the updateUser API, but the dates are not defined. I know the updateUser call works because I tested it by changing the user's first name and it worked fine (checked by the IOM web app). Here is the code I use to update as well as the values of the sample that I use. No exception is thrown either. I have no idea what can be the problem. Also, one of my customer request must also display the time when these values where it is updated (via a custom web application that I am building). Is - is this posible? Before I received the time where the call to userUpdate was made and adding that the values would lie in the hash table, but started using 0 for the time since that's what I read on a thread on this forum (Re: (IOM) Timestamp format must be yyyy-mm-dd... )

    It will show you in DB as * 24 June 09 *. I don't understand what you are asking for more in your thread.

    But updateUser API works with this format. If you found the time to some application, convert to this format and run.
