  We do not currently support the preview of a device connected to 2015 of DPS. The only way to get a glimpse in 2015 DPS right now is to build your own app in App Builder. We realize this isn't the most efficient workflow and work on ways to do better.

  When you save your SVG chart, be sure to check the option to embed images. Otherwise, images will appear in the SVG as a link to a separate file and link-outs when you download the SVG.

  I have the latest after effects CC2015 (13.7), but I still can't previews my comps in real time? It's to play in real time only when I jump 01 framework on the preview!

  This is a bug with the works of the new architecture (introduced in 13.5) with El Capitan (if the bug is Apple's fault or Adobe is irrelevant - it is a very annoying bug if you do not know workaround). We have a number of discussions here about it. And he has been mentioned in the blog of Adobe After Effects in a few messages.

  As I alluded to earlier, there is a very simple solution.

  Anchor another Panel under your control panel mounting. Like this:

  

  Note how the render queue is anchored in the timeline panel.

  This will allow you to get cached previews who read in real time with the space bar so of numpad 0 found. If you prefer to keep your queue of rendering also, choose another Panel, you worry less.

• 1/3 of the videos on a slide are invisible when published / preview

  My slide has three columns of 5 buttons of each.

  Each button "shows" a group containing a semi opaque, video background, and a close button - to create a style lightbox effect.

  I created each of the 15 by copying and pasting the first 'master' and then update the video and rename layers. Everything is super good tidy and organized.

  But only the last 10 (col 2 & 3) work. These were created last. The first column start the background and the close button, but the video is invisible.

  What I tried:

  • creating an action for the show of the art rather than using the default action
  • put in a different video in the Group (does not work)
  • linking button to a group that works (works! bot is bad video)
  • cloning of a working group and update the video (no)
  • creating a group completely from scratch, no duplication (no)
  • completely out a captivate rebooted (no)
  • reproduced the offending slide and then deleted all the * work * buttons leaving those who does not work (the first button works now, the launch of 4 remaining video playe, but no video, whereas previously they wouldn't start the player at all)

  When I duplicated the slide I does not alter this first button, so basically it doesn't work on the previous slide, but works on this...

  I've been Googling because I just this suspicion that maybe there is a limit of 10 videos by slide... or videos per project and somehow I'm just more than 5.

  I see a lot of problems of this kind.  You try to do everything on a slide, with a complex interaction that is almost always a bad idea.

  By all means, use your buttons to launch the videos, but put everything on different slides.  Access the video slide through the button and then again after the end of the video.  ]

  You can always do the slides LOOK like they are light boxes.  The end-user will be none the wiser.  But in this way we will all be much easier for you to maintain and you won't be overloading a single slide.

• Invisible fonts in preview mode

  I just upgraded to 2015 of the Illustrator. I can see fonts when I traced mode, but when I switch to preview mode, I get a little blue box with a handle on it, and if I select all I get a huge black line across the page where the application should be. This happens both Typekit fonts, and fonts that I own. What is going on?

  In addition to the solution of Jacob, for your question, "for PC users' you can disable GPU preferences using the rocket placed icon on the top of the menu bar.

  click it, uncheck the GPU performance.

• Dreamweaver CC 2015 adding additional CSS (Messing up preview?) files

  I searched but didn't find this class. But when I create my files manually starting with an empty html file, then do a CSS file empty, it manually like the CSS file in the HTML file (by typing literally my "link" tag and attributes, I get a strange duplication of the file CSS. I can't see this file in MAMP no problem, but when I try to it using device Preview I get "Not found" on my device, as well as in the browser. Yes, both are on the same wifi. I can see the devices connected via the device jump towards the top in 2015 CC DW. I see also ask on my device when I hover over the target icon in the preview of the device pop up. When I create a file using a bootstrap model, everything works fine.

  Seems that I understood the question. I think so... This small drop down menu at the top that says 'file:///unsaved_document' does not disappear despite I saved the saved the file (the file has a name, so). I changed the drop-down list for the name of the file in the list and the wandering stylesheet goes and the preview of the device now works. Why the drop remains unregistered after the Save. And once I have apply the change to the drop down, the status of 'unsaved_document' isn't there anymore. I can do this 100% of the time on my machine (tried 4 times already). But the drop down menu thing found just after the announcement. Could be a mistake of user somewhere. But I don't remember it on older versions of DW.

  I'm trying to fix a problem with After Effects CS6 that has appeared recently. The Comp Viewer seems to be rendered behind which sits the playhead of a picture. For example if I use PageUp and PageDown move forward and backward between frames, the frame that appears is the previous frame to that indicator sits to the timeline. As soon as I hit the previous or following once again it shows the frame which would have disclosed last.

  Also if I use the mouse wheel to zoom in/out of the comp Viewer, it also accused a step behind, i.e. to zoom, nothing happens... Zoom again, zoom to the 1 step... To zoom out, zoom IN another step... To zoom out, zoom 1 step.

  Everything works perfectly until I recently updated to Quicktime, Nivida pilots and adjusted some parameters for another program (Cubase) to work with the video. After that, I was unable to get After Effects works again. The strange thing is that I now properly installed Windows 7 and tried running AE at different stages (print drivers and version of QT), then updated everything (including all Adobe, graphics drivers, Quicktime products) and I have exactly the same problem on all points. CS6 is currently the only program on the computer.

  I tested this problem with. R3D (Red camera) files with H264 'normal '. MP4 files. I also tried to use the files from an external drive. Exactly the same problems in all cases.

  Help would be greatly appreciated that I can't find anyone else encounter this problem.

  SOLUTION:

  I diagnosed the problem; It relates to the use of dual screen with two separate graphics cards. The problem can be tested for by race AE full-screen on one monitor, then the other. The question should be on one of the two screens. Once sent, I was able to run AE on each screen OR spanning the two without problem.

  TO SOLVE:

  After effects CLOSED, open Nivida Panel and select 'manage 3D settings '. Choose "Open GL made GPU" in the list of options and select 1 of the 2' or 2 of 2' but not 'Auto '. Apply the changes and the re - open After Effects.

  I very much hope that that someone saves some time!

• 4 k Multicam presents in preview in an HD timeline

  I'm having a problem with the preview in multicam. They are not cropped but settled on HD / zoom in a 100% so I don't see that 1/4 of the entire frame.

  I did a multicam takes 8 x 4 k sequence, I put the size of the video to 50% effect, which seems to work very well for the composite video, so the final edit is fine when I selected clips, but the small previews of my options making I need to edit to are all in 100% zoom which means I don't see that 1/4 of the entire framework making it almost impossible to edit. Anyone know if I can do this previews as well 50% scale?

  you change 4 k sequences in an hd timeline?  If Yes, you can change the sequence multicam and inside it on each clip change scale to say 50%. When I try this it comes thru on main hd sequence timeline showing the k frame full 4 in the multicam program window.

  Got a solution guys. The new transparency is the problem. Go to System Preferences > accessibility, and select reduce transparency. It should work.

  

• Project start is not on the first slide when published and presented in preview (CP7)

  I have a problem in some of the projects where she will start on the second slide when released instead of the first slide. What are some settings I check to fix this?

  In my experience, it is never a good idea to place anything on the first slide of the movie because sometimes these things get skipped.  Always start the elements of the screen on the second slide.  Keep the first blank slide and make lasting 2-3 seconds.  In this way, preload may attempt to ensure that all the bits necessary to start the 2 slide are aboard, before its opening.

  Another question, can you do to avoid problems at the start time is NOT placing a video heavy of introduction on the first two slides.  It's just ASKING for trouble.

  I used the dps to indesign from adobe to create applications and have used the preview of the folio constructor function, but the ipad is no longer supported. When I select a snippet, it will give me only Office option, it's as if it was no recogizing the iPad. I tried two folios I saw in those spent as well as new. I tried to reinstall the adobe content viewer, but the result is the same. Yes, I have the app open on my ipad when I try this. I'm logged into indesign and content with my id Viewer cloud creatives.

• I can acess the present lowres preview for images in offline mode?

  I manage one archive image big enough and I don't keep the last shoots which are held in a single volume to the computer (online). All the old shoots are offline. From time to time, however I have to send some lowres old shoots off line, but I have no need for the RAW-res file. Is there a way to access the lowres previews? All export functions are disabled until I have reconnect the missing volume. From now on I just took a screenshot from lightroom, but it would be useful to be able to simply take the lowres directly from the Lightroom Catalog. Someone knows a way to do this?

  Yes, there are several ways, and depending on the platform, you may or may not wish to ulitlize even.

  Select the preview, hit Print, then go on print to JPEG are a way to do what I think you want.

  If there are a bunch, you can implement a Board-contact, and print to JPEG.
