LR flickr publish service only export not tags

Recently Flickr seems to be only picking up one (or sometimes none) of my tags for a given photo.  Has anyone else seen elsewhere recently?

During the generation of os x 3.5, fwiw, publishing a Flickr pro account.

It turns out that the problem was this:

  • Flickr publish Service color space

I read a few discussions on the definition of the color space when exporting, including this thread:

    http://forums.Adobe.com/message/2942130#2942130

For many years, I used Photoshop Elements as my main editing software. The images that I edited in PSE and then transferred on Flickr using Flickr Uploadr all show sRGB color space when I look at the EXIF on Flickr.

Since I started using LR 3, I noticed that images published on Flickr of the LR Flickr publish service does not display any color space when I look at the EXIF in Flickr. I see nothing in the Flickr publish settings service that allows me to incorporate a color space.

What color space are the images published in? Am I missing a step somewhere in LR?

I was wondering the same thing - why I couldn't set the colorspace when I published on flickr.  So I posted a photo and then downloaded from flickr in photoshop who told me that it is srgb.  It makes sense because a jpg should be srgb, so I guess they wanted her to be safe for idiots.

  • The Flickr Publishing Service can download existing games?

When you publish photos on Flickr, can I specify the picture to put in a specific location in Flickr, i.e., publishes photos of my Gallery of photos and I want to place the picture in my "game of Ravelry?

How can I do this or I manually enter Flickr and add the photo to a specific game?

    Thank you

Do not confuse things at odds with Brett, but I just tried this and it works fine for me.  Payne1904, try this:

    1. set up your Flickr publish service in Lightroom.

    2. in the Services Panel header post in Lightroom, click the '+' and in the Flickr section, choose "create Photoset".

    3. name the Photoset the exact name of the existing Photoset you want the photos to enter.

    4. Add pictures to the Photoset in Lightroom and click 'publish '.

Photos will be added to the existing Photoset on Flickr.  Let me know if this does not work.

  • Run a generation of political Modeler creates generic Services only and not specific services

I don't know if I'm missing something in the config or the documentation, but when I build the ruleset on the server of determination it creates generic Services (and I can see in the ListRulebases Service call), but NOT the specific services.  Documentation seems to say that specific services will be generated at the same time as the credits.  I'm doing something wrong?  For the project that I'm working on, it is essential to access specific services.

    Thank you

In order to create a specific wsdl, all base-level attributes and objectives should have a public name. If they are not modules are deployed with a generic interface only.

You can enable a warning from Validation to build, that will warn you if you have all the attributes that need public names as follows:

    1. In OPM, on the Tools menu, click options
    2. On the left side of the Options dialog box, choose 'Development of modules', then 'Validation to build '.
    3. Select "Checking Server Compatibility determinations" (checkbox on).
    4. Click OK

If you rebuild now you you you should get WARNING related to the attributes that need public names.

    Hope this helps

    See you soon

  • LR 2015.6 Flickr publish service does not send not EXIF

I saw this problem Re: Adobe 6/CC not built-in lens in for Flickr EXIF and I saw that he was supposed to be fixed.

I just started having this problem in recent days with LR CC 2015.6 (64bt Windows 10).  The exported files seem to contain all the correct EXIF data but when the built in Flickr connector download on flickr, I get everything downloaded exif.  The jpg will post fine, but flickr doesn't seem to get much more than the camera model.

I have looked at export and publish settings for what I can see - they all say "all metadata" but delete location of person and place.  Here are the settings I've always used without any problems until a few days ago.

    Is there a bug?

This is a recent problem with Flickr itself, recognized by Flickr staff: Flickr: Forum help: [bug fixing] Exif Info disappeared. Flickr has got very little reliable in the last year or so that Yahoo (its owner) enters the death spiral.

  • Could not contact the Flickr web service

In recent weeks, I am unable to upload pictures directly from LR on Flickr.

    The message I get:

    "Cannot update this collection.

Could not contact the Flickr web service. Please check your Internet connection. »

    LR version 2015.1.1

    Generation 1032027

    Flickr Pro account.

Any advice? I'm happy test the beta fix only if available.

I used to use the plugin to Jeffrey, and it's (I think still is) a fantastic product. Again, having a built-in feature delivered with LR has won my heart.

BTW: it seems that the issue is on the side of Flickr and relates to their limitation (IP based) network. I don't understand why they do it and why too drastic. Try again potentially additional native plugin LR Flickr could help.

It was enough for me to activate VPN to route traffic through a server in San Francisco and it's all very well now. My original traffic was from London.

Boring, but has less there is a workaround.

  • Broken publishing service for Flickr

    Hello

I tried to publish a series of pictures on Flickr, when something went wrong in the LR 4.1 (on Win 7-64). 3 shots have been uploaded successfully when suddenly LR argued that: "unable to download this collection. Could not connect to the Flickr web service. Please check your internet connection. "My Internet connection is fine and I can normally browse on Flickr. I can also go to the publishing service and be re - authenticate my Flickr account successfully. But the problem persists. I can create a new publication service for Flickr and it works very well.

To publish my Flickr settings first service seems to be broken somehow.

1 - does anyone knows how to fix the broken publishing service?

    2. is there a way to make that my calls in the broken publish the new service a without breaking the link between the shooting and the copy on Flickr?

    Thank you

Even if Verizon was working on a fix - it would be a matter of Verizon.  At Verizon, he has not broken - just, they do not offer the service.

Your options are to use a different email client, webmail, or get an e-mail service provider that does not have the same limitiation.  There's a reason many people have Google and Hotmail/Outlook.com e-mail accounts.  A good thing about to get something like one of these: If you change internet service providers - just email continues to work.

  • Data control for the Web Service based filter table adf only appear not

I have a SOAP web service I'm consumption as a web service data control.

When I use one of the results of the web service through data to the web service in the form of a table control in the user interface with the filter and sort, I don't see the filters on the top of the table.

It comes to JDeveloper version 11.1.1.7.

Please let me know if anyone has an idea on this issue.

    TIA

    ABS

You need connect your own logic on the filtering table.

The table doesn't actually do the filter - it does, is the data control to filter the info - for a Web service we do not know how it will actually make a sort-, so you'll need to add a filterListener on the table and call a WS that will be returned the filtered data method.

  • I don't have hard drive in the publishing service. How can I get Bechance, Facebook, etc back?

I upgraded to LR CC. Now, I have only one option: hard drive as the publishing service. I would like to come back to the other standard preinstalled options: se, Facebook, Smugmup.

Where can I find them and install them again. When you click on the tap "find more services online" that they are not available.

    Thank you for your support

Thanks for the update, I would like to ask you to please uninstall and reinstall Lightroom once and please make sure Lightroom is updated in Lightroom 2015.5.

  • Question of 'publish Services"in Lightroom

I tried to use the Services 'release' in Lightroom and get this error: "?: 0: try index field"exportSettings"(value zero).» I tried deleting and reloading / install plug-ins, but they all give the same answer. And ideas?

So, it seems that clicking 'Set Up' on a publication plugin service causes the error.

This thread gives suggests that, rather than exporting a catalog of the original catalog, create a new empty catalog, and then import the original inside, using file > import from another catalog: can't set up Lightroom publish Services, internal error occurs

If this does not work, try the second troubleshooting step in my previous message to narrow down the possible solutions.

  • 5 Lightroom publish services - order of the published images

I created several collections in which I've sorted manually the photos in a certain order. I will use them in a book (will send them to SmartBooks) and I don't want to reorganize once they are published on my hard drive. I tried to post my disc hard using the publish services, but I can't find a way to rename files them out in the order I selected in the collection. They appear by date of capture or name of current file with the extension jpg. Does anyone know how to do this?

Note: the order of files outside of Lightroom depends on how the aircraft directs things (and no longer dependent on Lightroom, once they have been pushed from the nest..).

Alphabetical is the main common denominator - most of the devices are able to display in alphabetical order.

Many devices displays also by date (date of capture usually, but sometimes date created files..).

If you post several times the same photos, it very delicate indeed, given that Lr is not re - order already exported files or take into account. If you re - export the whole lot, then it is much more simple.

In any case, Lr5user-pt method gives total control, but also has some disadvantages - you must redo the names of copy if / when you rearrange the photos (and then re-export/publish all photos including copy-names have been changed).

TreeSyncPublisher map-Lr you place your order to capture dates (in the exported file metadata) or date of creation of files (by 'touch' dates file exported to disk), so if peripheral supported this command (by date), then published photos will be ordered to the republication, automatically. Certainly, he must be aware of some things and read the documentation and learn to follow the rules...

(PS - a new version will come out soon, which will have less "traps").

Exporder is like TreeSyncPublisher except it renames the files exported for corresponds to the order of in-Lr - even more complicated to use, but works dandy if you are willing to learn where the hoops to jump through...

The above plugins are free and I wrote to them - they don't have sense if you'll be reorganization or publish the photos changed again.

If you simply export or editing one-time/all-at-once, then the easiest way is just to precede an order number for the export files:

  • FTP Publishing Service for LR 3

What really amazes me is the lack of a publishing service FTP alongside 'Hard' and 'Flickr '. So it seems logical... am I missing something?

Timothy Armes has released Publisher FTP that resembles what you are after.

    http://www.photographers-Toolbox.com/products/ftppublisher.php

I can't wait to see what other services editions Timothy and other members of the community come up with.  Of course Adobe does not much out of the door, but I'm sure we can expect a lot of great things to come from the public.

  • Constructor of AIA Service - endpoint has not been met.

    Hi all

I am creating the impl provider ABC using the Service constructor.

For details of the target Service, I select the deployed wsdl of a composite file, which inserts a list of the commands in a data base operations: process

In the composite.xml, for the target Service endpoint is not filled. This is what it looks like,

    * < / reference > *.

    * < ui:wsdlLocation = "reference CreatePurchaseOrderEbizProviderRef.wsdl" name = "CreatePurchaseOrderEbizProvider" > * "

    * < interface.wsdl interface = "http://xmlns.baesystems.com.au/InternalServices/PO#wsdl.interface (CreatePurchaseOrderEbizProvider)" xmlns:ns = "http://xmlns.oracle.com/sca/1.0" / >. *

    "< * binding.ws port = '(/) http://xmlns.baesystems.com.au/InternalServices/PO#wsdl.endpoint" location="oramds:/deployed-composites/CreatePurchaseOrderListEbizProvider_rev1.0/CreatePurchaseOrderEbizProvider.wsdl" xmlns:ns = "http://xmlns.oracle.com/sca/1.0" / >. *

    * < / reference > *.

Endpoint for the port is filled with null (/) ie as above and gives an error during the build of the project. I have fixed the build number by copying and pasting the EM Console WSDL endpoint. Can someone tell me why not port is filled out automatically as the target service has been selected in the list of composites deployed.

Should I download the composite in the MDS before it can be referenced from the CBA?

    Kind regards

    Hello

Try to give all deployed wsdllocation composite rather than the improting of MDS - deployed composite. Because MDS, you'll have the wsdls only summary.

During execution, the reference must be original wsdllocation.

    location = "http://:/soa-infra/services/default/CreateYYYYAdapterService/CreateYYYYProcess_ep?" WSDL.

So your end point will be automatically set at composite.xml. Try to give the path of wsdl in the details of the service target in Builder Service.

Hope it works very well. If this isn't the case, I guess it's a bug.

Answer to the second question, there is no need to download the composite on MDS. Its only the abstract wsdls will be loaded into the MDS.

    Kind regards
    Rahul
