  No, TPG is a function of the operating system, NOT the hardware, so if the PERC does not recognize the full capacity of disc, then either your H700 firmware is old (> 2 to support has been added in the second update of firmware for this card) or the drive is not compatible.  What make and model are you using?

  I'm happy to announce that I have overcome the problem of activation of the SecureBoot. I saw an option in BIOS-> setting-> 'HP Factory loading key' Boot. After I loaded the default keys to toggle SecureBoot option has become active and I was able to activate SecureBoot. I applied the last update of the BIOS and has been able to activate SecureBoot successfully after the update.
