  For windows, right click on the PDF? Open with > choose default program > set Acrobat DC as the default PDF Viewer and click OK.

  You could do the same thing in the control panel.

  1. what happened to your administrator account?

  2. you remember to make changes to the computer recently?

  You will not be able to change your name from standard user to administrator.

  You can try to start in safe mode and check if you can create a new administrator account on here.

  The PDF form must be extended drive in order to have this feature to save & print the form data.

  Please confirm by the PDF Creator is the PDF reader or not extended.

  Otherwise, if you have Acrobat installed on your system, you can reader extend PDF form yourself.

  I thought about it, my Adobe Drive application had passed, I had to uninstall Adobe Drive 4 and then install Adobe Drive 5 - then open it and click on updates. It will update then you can have the Player Adobe enabled in your handling prefs file.

  I tried following the instructions on the support page, in Apple, but it did not work.

  Force to leave Safari, then with the SHIFT key, restart Safari.

  Here's a possibility... go to... Start ORB / Control Panel.
  Folder options / tab / files and folders / uncheck
  "Always show icons, never thumbnails" / apply / OK.

When I use the CS5 software files are fine, what should exclude a hard drive problem. It is a constant problem with all hard drives on CC and is accurate on these hard drives same with CS5. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  Look under the view menu > sort and see what is checked. I have Crescent and manually both checked.
