By default we write an activity completed for SFDC automatically when a person bounces or cancels his subscription. In addition, we update the contact records and lead with Do not Email = 1 (true/Yes).

I am originally from New Zealand, your site is vey useless and difficult to use. I want to cancel my subscription to photoshop.
