Manual tab order does not

I'm laying a new form in Acrobat Pro 9. (Machine in Windows XP, Acrobat freshly reinstalled and updated). Because I have several groups of similar areas, I use copy and paste, give a unique name to each field (using a system of numbering... field1day, field2day, etc.). I drag / drop to change the tab order. HOWEVER, the tab order is not 'stick '. It will be correct for a minute and then return to a State "from the tab order. Sometimes the field moves in reality in the tab order, listing, sometimes field shows it is in the right place, but the order of "Show tab numbers" is incorrect.

I was pulling my hair out trying to get this to work. I used the wizard to initially create the fields and do not want to use LiveCycle Designer if possible.

Can someone PLEASE?

There are a number of bugs related to the tab order that are to be decided. This all started when they changed the way you set the tab order by dragging the names of fields up and down in the list. The order can be messed up simply by moving a field and change the field properties and probably other things. Adobe has had these problems for some time and have neglected to remedy. With each new update, I submit another bug report, like others, but apparently he setting is not a priority.

This problem is an important reason to keep a copy of Acrobat 7 autour, which has a much better way to put the tab for fields order. The other day I had to set the tab order of a form that had more than 500 fields on a page (including the three columns of fields with boxes/article 5 for a total of 500 individual boxes). It would have taken me hours of boredom to correct using the current method, but I was able to fix it in 10 minutes with Acrobat 7.

With the current system, simply ignore the tab order while developing the form and put in place close to the last that do you with the form.

    In Flex, components that receive focus must implement IFocusManagerComponent.  Most of the containers are not.

    I am working on a form, and for some reason that the tab order is not fair. When I go into the tab order Panel, all fields are in the right order. However, when you tab in the document, they are sloppy, without logical order. I tried moving them around and savings, but they remain in the same disorder, no matter what I do.

    Had a look at your form...

    In the hierarchy view Reorder (by drag-and - drop the fields) in the order you want your tabs to appear.

    Suddenly Ctrl + T and file-> new tab stop working. But I can open new tab by right clicking on the URL.

    My guess is that Ask Toolbar you installed is causing.

    Ask Toolbar can cause this problem. Uninstall it.

    I am creating my program interface using a mixer tab and then using buttons to navigate by program. However... the buttons don't seem the tabs. Occasionally it will work, but 99% of the time it fails. I have attached a simplified version to illustrate this problem.

    I suspect that this is a bug - running the program with point highlight was working perfectly.

    I've seen similar things in the past, where a tab control does not switch when you use a local variable. With the help of a property node value rather resolved the problem, probably for the reason that Norbert suggested - it forces a new drawing.

    That said, I agree with others that I wouldn't do it like that.

    I'm building a software simulation of training where I am using text input boxes.  Some use the enter as a shortcut key, some use the tab key.  Those who use the keys work well, failure caption works by forced entry when you press Enter, it advances to the next screen.  Those who use the Tab key does not at all.  The legend of failure does not work and the Tab key does not advance to the next screen.  I compared to those that work and those that don't work and I see no difference.  I set the text entry box to pause at the end of the slide so that it should not be a problem here.  I even tried to have the action 'to success"to be continue rather than go to the next slide and use a click box using the Tab key as a shortcut to move to the next screen - nothing helps!  Is it possible that the Tab key could have been turned off somehow?  I'm totally at a loss, please help!

    My dear, all I use form 10G.
    I have 10 fields.
    I put property in all previous navigation item elements and the order of the day navigation correctly.
    But when I'm by pressing the TAB key, the cursor does not to another element.
    It works for some fields, but not for all.

  • Search works do not and when I right click on a link to open it in a new tab, it does not work either.

    The other day, I noticed that my search box stop working. Even when I go to options and click on search, it will not be open to the top of the tab to the search options. Today, I noticed that when I right click on a link, it brings up a long list of options, but the only one I want to work is the "Open link in a new tab." Unfortunately, it does not work.
