  I also recommend to try to split the clip in two separate pieces - the top and bottom.  The color on top is very different than the color on the background - do not touch the two using the same effect.

  Duplicate your clip, use a cache of transparency to the key the part in a single copy, then use a transparency to the bottom right key cache.

  I have two screens on nVidia GTX770 (ASUS) where one is the program monitor, and it shows image full screen. Problem is the same if only one view is used, but while testing this I found another scenario where MISTLETOE is reset, without reset via menu option: If the focus went from the Panel to the PROGRAM Committee, GUI is reset and I can work normally.   You can try to cut the clip and take a fresh start or endpoint for the clip to set the duration. The start trim point determines when the clip will start playing, and the end trim point determines when the clip stops in your project and final film.

  To trim a video clip

  1. If you are in the Storyboard view, click, and then on the timeline.

  2. in the timeline panel, click the clip you want to cut.

  3 use the controls to play under the preview monitor to find the point where you want to cut out the clip.

  Are you zoom in on the timeline? You can't adjust the video position on the timeline into smaller steps that 1 frame at a time. The framework is the basic unit of the video.

  If you pass you your timeline to show Audio time units, you can transfer the audio in the timeline panel in small increments.

  Go to the Documents folder and folder rename Adobe at old_Adobe.

  I had this problem with some of the choices menu in PSE13 when my drive to work was only a SSD with 53 GB of free space. I assigned a second disc of work (my data disc with ~ 2 TB of free space) and the error disappeared.
