Massage of error: Update XML file Malformed 200.

After downloading fire 3.4.16, I received a massage of error: Update XML File malformed 200.
I can only do this issue using Windows Internet Explorer.
So my logic says it's software from Firefox and not my machine. But what?

    This remove the control file:

    XMLTYPE(in_file_1)

    It is used only if the target table is an array of XMLType object.

    For an XMLType column LOBFILE is sufficient, for example:

    Add a compiler argument -use-network = false in your setting of the project compiler:

    -Right click on the project (it must be open), go to properties

    -go to the section of the Flex compiler.

    -Add the argument that precedes in the additional compiler arguments (you might have -local en_US already there, put a space after it and paste top one.)

    It will be useful.

    Only the Pages ' 09 or old documents contain internal index.xml file. When you try to open a document in Pages ' 09 Pages v5, you get this dialog on the missing index.xml. The key is to stop Pages ' 09 and then double click on the document to open it in v5.6.2 Pages.

    Pages ' 09 will not leave by simply clicking on the red light on the title bar of the document. As long as the Pages ' 09 continues to run, it will intercept all attempts to open any document Pages, including incompatible versions of the v5 Pages.

    This has nothing to do with OS X 10.11.5. He has been a user focused on the issue since October 2013.

    I went through the tutorial of HTTP Communication today is here. Built just fine and it loaded into the Simulator, however when I hit refresh to load the XML from an HTTP network call I get the error:

    It shows the error in the XML parser.  Please validate your XML code for proper syntax. You might have missed some closing etc tags.

    Also make sure that this declaration of refreshservlet and his mapping is appropriate in your web xml.
