  I just opened a 'repair ticket' by the Acer customer on my problem.

  First I thought it was the battery, which didn't seem logical, but I tried to charge it, by means of normal charger and my PC. When I do this, the blue LED lights... but impossible to mount the unit. Even after loading for one night!

  I don't know what to do, cause, we cannot remove the battery and put it back...

  The unit is not getting on at all, even in recovery mode, nothing happens at all... (Press Power button and hold, long press Power + Volume down... I almost tried everything)

  I read that this is called the syndrome of sudden death (SDS) of Samsung products.

  Everyone experiences not / solved the same problem?

  Or have any idea of what I might try?

  OK some news from the phone!

  I received it a few days in the repair shop, and it works!

  In the meantime, I read other users had the same syndromes... don't know why.

  Solution was simply to put a new motherboard and reinstall android (done Acer). I could restore a backup and everything works fine now.

  Hopefully this won't happen again!

• Netflix/Silverlight support for all eternity Syndrome

  About half of the shows that I watch on Netflix are affected by what I call the syndrome of "load for all eternity. He played for 5 or 7 minutes, then start of loading and will never get more than 0%, unless I refresh the page, then 5 to 7 minutes later does it again. But NOT for all the shows I watch. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Silverlight, but that has not worked. I use a Qosmio X 775 with Windows 7, I have a strong inclination, it's the laptop or a problem of Silverlights, because my husband watch netflix on our pc with the same wireless, and it has no problem.

  Doesn't make sure that no firewall or internet security thing is trying to block.

  I get Javascript errors all the time, if I try to add the code. I call it sudden death Syndrome Javascript. SJDS comes from nowhere with reports of bad code in the Edge file includes.

  Currently, I'm trying to work errors that EA seems to lie all the time and some time. I have rebuilt some symbols from scratch. Clean, pleasant and attentive. Nothing extra, no multi Add/Remove. No code.

  During the recording of the iterations and wishing to display version 9, suddenly, nothing appears in the browser preview. I save, close, reopen, erased, rebooted... you name it.   I have been wondering about this "something wrong." Is there an explanation of these signals?

  I heard that it's something to do with the power supply, and apparently this is a common problem with my model.
  I do not qualify in this category, but would like to know if I can fix it myself or I have to send it to customer service?
  If it's just a weld (which I presume it is) why I need to bother with the appeal upwards, arranging Pick-up & collection.

  I heard that SP 6100 had a problem with the power connector causing the light orange at the start and not starting at all.
  My toshiba did not start so often, so I can't count on it with my work.
  Is longer under warranty and I don't want to spend a lot of money fixing it, but it's a shame to throw that.

  If the orange power led is lit, this means that the unit is connected to the AC adapter, but the laptop is not on. The orange battery light LED during the charge process. If the battery LED is green it means that the battery is fully charged.
  Sorry, but the orange LED said nothing. If there is something wrong with the power supply or other parts the flashing of the LED.

  If you sometimes have problems to start the unit I would recommend removing the battery for a period of several. Connect the battery, then try restarting the device

• Jumping cursor syndrome long-term __Need help. Too many people have this problem for too long.

  There are several different corrections suggested here.  Some seem to work for some and not others.  I tried all the on an IBM laptop runing xp.  Nothing helps.  It is almost useless to try to hit it and I don't even think to try to stick a link on the typed page.  A new Sony (two week old) with Win 7 has the same problem. the roll back trick help does not work, there is nothing to restore.  This problem seems to be on a lot of different brands of laptops and was captured in both XP, Vista and Win 7.  This is why it seems to be a problem in Microsoft.  Unchecking the boxes in Panel control/mouse seemed to help some.  Not me.  Reinstall the touch pad/mouse drivers may or may not help.  It did not help me.  It seems to me that someone at Microsoft would take notice and we say if there is a fix or not.

• Cursor jump syndrome

  I have the jumping cursor problem and have had for some time on one of the three laptops running Windows XP. These machines are running MS office 2003.  I now have a new laptop with Win 7 running Office 2007 which has a cursor jumping problem. So, I have two laptops from different manufacturers running two different operating systems and different versions of MS Office.
  I have read several patches which none have corrected the problems.  Surely with so much as has been written about it concerns Microsoft is fully aware of the problem and should have a solution.  What is the solution?  Is there a solution?

• Sierra is a bomb, need help to return to El Capitan

  Could someone more at Apple just try it once to make sure that the "new and improved" operating systems actually work before releasing? With all the money goes to Cupertino, there is no money to hire testers rather than rely on Mac users? Talk about Stockholm syndrome. I'll cut to the Chase, now my computer has been upgraded to Sierra without my knowledge, and several apps are now, not to mention that I can't access my company's server today. How to return to El Capitan - can I save all my work from today and use Time Machine to restore my machine? If this isn't the case, should I really erase everything and start from scratch? Someone please stop me to jump on a ledge, I have work I need to pass on to customers. Any suggestions, help, you can give would be appreciated. Carl

  Restore your backup, and if you do not upgrade your Mac, who did? Maybe you should tell them not to do the without you knowledge or approval.

• Impossible to use synchronization

  Very confused trying to tap sync. I have two laptops and want to keep the same bookmarks between them. Just don't see how works with synchronization. How one "keep" bookmarks on every computer? If I add a bookmark to A computer; exactly what are the steps to get the extra bookmark on computer B? If I add a bookmark to computer B; How to be on computer A? If I use A computer for a long period of time and add several bookmarks how do I "update" computer B? etc etc etc. I don't see the process. The most appreciated assistance. Old business dealing with dog new tricks syndrome here.

  To keep the structures in separate folders of bookmarks on the two devices are connected to a sync account, uncheck the option to Bookmark Sync in all: preferences #sync

  It will merge the two no matter how its organized.

  I had at least one accident per week since Version 29 became operational. I'm not too happy, especially since the recent accidents seem would have cost me a few periods of my recent history that I might need for reference tracking for my writing.

  As you can see from the dates of the frequency of crashing is way up since the beginning of May. I know it's only once a week or more, but it's still very embarrassing - especially when the information is disappearing. It's bothers me a lot. I know that I ignored some steps recommended in the page web https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help . But what I would really some clues as to why this is happening. Unfortunately, my experience with computer programming only goes so far and I find the text of incomprehensible accident reports - perhaps someone here could glance and see if they can find something important. I will say that I'm also growing use of memory over time and I had a few crashes and slowdowns during this month as well.

  I start to wonder if Firefox has just released itself specced out of reach of my seriously old material - if this is the case Just tell me and I'll see if I can fall back to a previous version because I do not in any case the interface V. 29 - I got to use the Restorer of classic theme Add on to return to something I can live with that and it still doesn't seem right of me. I want to emphasize that I have Asperger's Syndrome and I do really badly in the face of the changes in my visual environment,

  Edited to add: as far as I can tell, all of the plug-ins and extensions are up-to-date. I can't update my drivers more for this system because no new is produced for this material.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
  While you are in safe mode;
  Press < Alt > or < F10 > to display the toolbar.
  Followed;

  Windows; Tools > Options
  Linux; Edit > Preferences
  Mac; name of the application > Preferences

  Then Advanced > General.
  Find and stop using hardware acceleration.

  Dig safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart.
