MEM_BAD_HANDLE

I have a computer that is running windows 7 with 64 bit.  I loaded a program and thought I have had while it was compatible, but it wasn't.  Right after that I started having error MEM_BAD_HANDLE with the title SmartHeap library upward and the options of OK or cancel.  I opened the computer in safe mode and did not get the error.  I was finally able to remove the program using revo uninstaller, and I ran the registry mechanic to clean the registry.  When I open windows after all that I still get the error message, and I do it every time I start.  Can I do to remove it?  It bothers me!
Thank you very much

The program that you have installed could have added a boot entry. And since you have uninstalled it in a personalized way, startup entries remained.

To remove this program from starting, follow:

1 Goto Start > Type "msconfig".

2. open. Go to the Startup tab.

3. now is the hard work to go through all these entries and find the one you are looking for.

4. Once you find the point, uncheck the box. Reboot your system and check that its been removed on departure upward.

Finally, try to use a good registry cleaner. I recommend CCleaner : http://www.ccleaner.com/

Recently installed a version of Corel Draw 8 on an Acer laptop with Windows 7.  Program seems to work very well.  Laptop seems fine, but it comes up with a "smarheap library mem_bad_handle" notice whenever the laptop is started.  It can be removed without problem, but I don't know what this means, and what needs to be done.  Thank you.
