Membership of typekit Cloud creative teams

Is it possible to see the kits created by another Member of the team? In this regard, it seems incredibly frustrating.

For now, there is not a way to see kits or fonts across multiple accounts of the CC team. Every Typekit subscription is connected to an Adobe ID.

It's something which we've discussed before, and I will certainly share your request with the team. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    I bought through an Adobe Cloud team ready 2 retail license.

    Before buying, I downloaded the trial version of a month. Then when it was finished (1 day left) I have used one of the serial number for mac in the trial version. Now, there is no more alert 1 day left, but in the site, in the MyAdobe, I don't see any order, and I can't register the product (gives me an error on this serial number when I try to record). What could be the reason?

    Another question. I bought two licenses for the creative team of cloud ready. I have in my account two for the master collection serial numbers: one for mac and one for windows. But if I would install two masters collections in two different mac, I can do it using the same serial number for mac?

    The team Ready is an option we have for business customers to get up and running immediately and instant volume license Master Collection CS6 until the creative team of cloud is available later this year. Volume licenses can be installed and more using the same serial number based on the number of seats that has been purchased. If the two serial numbers for the Master Collection sound normal. Yes, if it looks like installed on your Mac with mac serial number is correct.

    Hi, I'm a former teacher and now run a digital agency. When I was a Professor about 6 months before I decided to do web design, I bought premium design CS5.5 under a Student and Teacher Edition. Now, we have grown and currently my staff have there own accounts Adobe but I want to consolidate all under the package a single team. It seems that I should be eligible for the £38.11 + VAT per license option as I am a current user of CS3, but I can't seem to get it through the Fund. I need 3 full licenses. Help please?

  • I subscribed to cloud creative teams and LR does not appear in the MAA.

    I have a licensed copy of LR4.4 installed with CS6.  Howeveer LR does not show in the AAM and are not accessible.  Please tell us the solution.

    Jeff I have Windows 8 and more, and then meet them meet the minimum requirements.  LR5 ironically only displayed under the AAM list this morning.  Do not "understand, but it is my question so happy now.   Thanks anyway.

    I have an individual membership of creative cloud I bought recently using my benefits 'existing owner' to be a long-time user of Adobe products...

    I now want to move this to a small business membership so that my business partner can also use InDesign to a second location / IP.

    Surely I can do this without having to create a new company from scratch account (and thefeore probably lose my rebate "existing user") and then cancel my individual account?

    I would be very happy with all the instructions you can give me on the best way to upgrade!

    • It will be just like another empty account where the individual fits? or one user account much?
    • What features are provided with the service?

    The Cloud Creative Team ready offer will be available on May 7, 2012. The same date as Creative Cloud membership. This will allow the Adobe Volume Licensing customers to purchase a 1 year subscription to the CS6 Master Collection now and then when the CCM offering if available team, they can easily pass the CS6 Master Collection to the creative team of cloud.

    Here's one except in the FAQ that Preran position:

    Yes. Volume licensing is available through our offering of Cloud Creative Team ready. This offer via Adobe program (TLP) is based on a contract of one year term. Customers who choose this option will be automatically transferred on the creative of Cloud team as soon as it is available later in 2012.

  • Creative cloud for teams on Windows Server 2008 R2 w/Terminal Services

    Cloud creative teams can be installed in a Server Terminal Services environment? I understand at least every user would need an individual license, but I can't find definitive information on whether or not it will work even in this type of environment. Deploying in an environment where user desktop device is a Chrome, not a pc. To do this, all applications based on Windows to be run remotely on the server through desktop Services.

    Unfortunately, the first two links are related to the deployment and update Creative Cloud to individual devices. In my case, I need either the possibility of allowing the use of a single installation by several users at the same time or install for each user profile on the same server.

    Just checked with CC for teams of support and finally got a definitive answer. CC for teams (or any other Adobe product) generally supports the via desktop remote access, Terminal Services, or Windows Server 2008.

  • Creative cloud for teams - lack of apps

    I have recently implemented cloud creative teams and have noticed that some applications, for example Lightroom and Creative Connection of Cloud not displayed as apps available for download to members of my team.

    Does anyone know how to fix this? These applications, in particular, were important for us and the main reasons for choosing us to sign up for the cloud of the team.

    Please check the minimum system requirements for lightroom, here is the link to check the same.

    If your system is not responding to the top with the minimum then you wouldn't be able to see lightroom listed in creative cloud.

    I checked your account and I see that you have subscribed to a CC of Indesign teams and one license for Indesign as well.

    Unfortunately, you cannot merge/transfer the individual license to the teams.

    You must cancel the single license of Indesign first (cancellation: cancel your membership cloud creative)

    Then you can add an additional license on account of Indesign teams (add a license to CC teams: manage your cloud creative teams membership)
