  Model list-> vertical list with subtext and icons

  which consist of list with additional information about the entry in the list

  not a child of list (sublist)

  It would not ordinarily be displayed because it is on page 1. The list is not using the functionality of the current list entry (see step 6 in the doc) as expected. Usually the entry in the list is highlighted in red shows the option corresponding to the current page. I created a copy of the list that illustrates this behavior expected on pages 1 and 3.

  (And now after typing that I wonder if there is some configuration wrong here..)
  
  I have changed my php.ini file to load the extensions, included the ext in the extension_dir directive file, changed my configuration file of apache to load the modules, my php.info watch both mysql and mysqli on localhost, but whenever I try to get dreamweaver to see a MySQL database, I get "an unidentified error has occurred." I think I put in place the information of site correctly, and I use 'localhost' and 'root' to my database connection.
  
  Since I read about a hundred and several sources articles about Apache, PHP, Dreamweaver, MySQL I'm not closer to find out what is the problem.
  Advice? Thanks for any help!

  I wanted to you know and know someone else who might have had this problem, as I read through the articles on this problem, I ran through a checklist explaining why the "unenexpected error has occurred" and if I'd read previously, it suddenly hit me that I didn't have my php.ini pointing to the right include file.
  I changed my php.ini file to POINT where was my libmysql.dll file and
  BADA-BING, BADA-BOOM! a connection has been made.

  So I'm running, able to see all my connections database including those on a remote MySQL server as well as those I have installed locally.

  I have a problem with a PhP site that was original contracted to keep in its platform of Dreamweaver.  This post is probably more appropriate forum of sup server side, but this site is entirely for more than a month.

  TO better explain my situation, I hired a designer who delivered a site Dreamweaver 4 page in HTML5. The designer has no knowledge of the technologies server side to make the dynamic scene, therefore, I had the pages of the site a separate encoder to the development.  The head of the proposed selected coding Php and MySQL.

  The developer completed and returned the finished site.  But the site filled with PhP not made in Dreamweaver.  Even more, the code pages look significantly different from the original site of HTML5.  Pages rendered fine in an Apache Server, but when I try it on my Windows IIS with the PHP module, the site will not be returned.

  I am completely disappointed because I need to make changes to the test of the drawing or model which have no effect on the code, but because I can't display it in Dreamweaver, I find myself with a site that I can't upgrade.

  Please, can comment on this scenario?

  Is there a way to take an existing PhP Web site and make it on Dreamweaver?

  I had to give a specific instruction for the encoder to endure to happen?

  You have installed a test Apache Server on your machine yet?  If you use Windows, you can install the Wamp server or Xampp with phpMyAdmin for you help to manage MySql databases on your local machine.

  IM new to dreamweaver cs6 and one thing I like about cs5 was that when I typed "$" it would instantly give me a selection of variables that I had already used in my page or included in php variables ($_POST, $_SESSION, $_REQUEST...), however, now when I type "$" I get only a list of variables that I've used, and it is sometimes incorrect, for example if I used $_SESSION ['valid'] then the indication of the code would be $_SESSION.

  I already checked that my prefrences to the code hints and I all is checked.

  Anyway, my question is how to enable these types of indicators of code.

  Hi, in preferences-> code advice jquery 1.7 disable code and it works.

• PHP / Dreamweaver issue

  I'm taking a course online for php and mysql. I use Dreamweaver to write my code. I used dynamic pages for php. When I tried to get a glimpse of vip_registration.html in the browser (FireFox) an open dialog box saying that vip_processing.php is an executable file and I want to open it or save it. There is also an option to open WITH and I said to always open this type of file with Firefox. And it opens about 67 pages. When I use the vip_registration.html and the vip_processing.php by inputing http://localhost/vip_registration.html in Firefox, it works as it should. Does anyone have an idea what causes this behavior?

  Do you mean the list on the right pane? You can re-enable right click the button reading above and selecting show the list pane.

  David M, just for your info, the compatibility of the syntax checking is no big deal. You can write the code PHP version 4, 5 or 7 in Dreamweaver. It's just that from time to time DW can highlight a line of code as bad when it is actually very good.
