  Create a new virtual machine in Virtual Center - install the software updates that you need in this model etc etc.

  Click right of the virtual machine when you finished and chose "convert model', if you need later update it is again you can 'convert virtual machine' and update before make you a model again.

  I'm really sorry, but there is no way to import forms in older versions of Illustrator; the application records in libraries that are available in the latest versions of creative cloud of Office Automation. You can introduce forms in Adobe Illustrator to draw, but which does not help you no more, because in the end, you can send this file to Illustrator CC as well.

  This is a feature that many people have been so request; I am not sure if she will ever be integrated into the CC form.

  UH ok, I just looked in Thunderbird and it does not offer an option to delete or the delete key does nothing.

  In theory, we can go to the profile, a file manager and remove all related files, such as templates and the Templates.msf.

  However, yours is an IMAP-connected account, so there will be a corresponding models folder on the server. To remove it, we need to remove it in the two sites. Ordinarily, deleting a message or a folder in Thunderbird would do that for us at the server level too, but given that Thunderbird does this particular issue, we need to do it another way.

  1. Close Thunderbird
  2. Remove models and Templates.msf files in the subfolder right through your file manager
  3. Go to the website of your access provider, connect to their webmail and delete the folder models too.

  Now you can restart Thunderbird and there will be no more folder models .

  But there is nothing don't recreate you through the same kind of accident that made this one. And I don't really understand your concern. Now I looked, all my accounts are empty and unused folders of templates, but I never noticed. They do no harm, they do not get in my way. Why bother to delete?

  You should be able to make a selection to activate the new software by entering your serial number.  Then, you must enter the serial number for it.

• Actions and Variables are duplicated when I create the new model project

  My organization uses a standard model for our courses.  In this model, I added a few variables and advanced actions to enable to the learner to customize the course a bit and support our "test-out" option

  What I found however, is that when I create a new project of this model that all stocks advanced and variable are... reproduce some several times.

  Unfortunately, this is a known issue.  I pointed out about it here:

  As far as I know, the problem persists even in Captivate 9 If you create a template that has advanced Actions, and these actions are used by no slides in this model.  When you create a file CPTX of this model, Variables and advanced Actions are duplicated by about the same number of times that the advanced initial Action is used.

  You can test this by creating a simple project with two blades, a variable and a Standard Action that affects this variable with values. Define the event on slide enter on the second slide to run the Standard Action. Save the project as a model CPTL and then use this model to start another project CPTX file.  When you check the list of Variables and advanced Actions you will find that there is a duplicate of each.

  Thanks for getting back to me. What I have is a pricing page. The feedback form is so that we can see who views or interested in the services. We don't want people who fill out this form in order to see it. I created simple contact forms that are sent to an email and directed to another page. The problem I have is trying to find a way where I hope that if the same person comes back they will not have to fill out the form again. I don't know if they will fill and create a login/username that could be a possible solution, but I try to make it simple. I'm just starting to learn PHP/XML (which I copied from other sources) and wrote my own. Maybe create a cookie which is verified once the page is loaded? I don't know how do either if... I'm a front-end "designer" and much of this is Greek to me.

• How do the first remember the sequences in the sequence Panel when the re-opening of the project?

  I have a project that I have been editing on (feature film) which consists of 100 scenes that are about 100 sequences plus about 100 more sequences of the dialies during the filming. In the Panel of the sequence, I usually have a few sequences open and of course the master. Can I save, close the first, restart it, and then later I load the project back in. The result is a complete random selection of sequences in the Panel of the sequence (usually the old sport) but never those that I worked on when I saved the project. All I can do then that first remember that I edited on when I taped?

  You don't specify what version of PP you use. However, it was a known issue and has been fixed in the 8.2.2 update. What you have to do is create a new project file in 8.2.2. and the whole of the project that you are experiencing the issue with then record import.

  Although this problem has been fixed in 8.2.2, just by opening and in re-registration of a project file not will fix it. As indicated, you must create a new file of Interior project 8.2.2, importing your current project, and then save. That will fix it.

  Perhaps you are already best solution.

  For me, every time when I want to create the file, I first have to check the root and folder (specified) exist or not.

  and if I create one and then write the file in the folder. I think that this covers all cases.

  So, I never try directly to create a file with a folder, that nobody know exist or not.
