  Apparently, my mic input jack suddenly developed a problem - from one day to the next without warning. Is there a way to determine if it's hardware related.   I did a new install of my 64-bit Windows 8.1 System. I am a user of creative cloud and have installed the latest versions. I m mainly using Adobe Audition.

  I use a 770 GTX Version 340.52 graphics card driver. I have a Core i7 CPU with 32 GB of Ram.

  There are two serious bugs which I was not able to solve:

  -Since yesterday when you open an audio file in the Waveform Editor, I don't see the file more. It looks like this.

  second problem: every time I have switch from a wor4kplace to the classic workplace hearing crashes.

• Tablet Wacom CS6 hearing problem

  I encounter a weird problem with my Tablet Wacom Intuos 4 hearing CS6. When I drag a clip autour with my pen in a multitrack project, if I hang out too slowly, the cursor moves but the clip stops completely. If I have the speed, it immediately jumps whenever the cursor is once it moves pretty quickly. He made precise mounting a bit difficult.

  I had this problem on two different computers. He isn't past in Audition CS5.5 (installed), or if I use a mouse on the CS6. I've updated hearing both drivers Wacom.

  From the description, it seems that you have a problem with the appeal hearing problem video chat via Facebook.

  To better understand the question, please answer the following questions:

  1. is the Facebook-specific question?

  2. what browser do you use?

  3. What is the brand and model of the computer?

  4. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

  5. are you able to hear the sound from the speakers?

  6. using a stand-alone microphone? Or a headset with external speakers?

• EX90 without MIC feature

  We have an EX90 with TC7.3 software running.

  The system sends out no audio: both via the built-in microphone, as well as via the handset on the touchscreen, as well as the connected bluetooth headset. Audio signal coming through the speakers in the system or the handset is heard.
  The MIC can be disabled via the screen touch and delivered online, but unfortunately nothing has passed through the MIC.

• Unclip hearing creates audio distorted in Premiere Pro

  I have an audio declipping problem in Premiere Pro.  When I use edit Audio in Audition the steps seem simple, the audio is properly declipped in hearing a few seconds, but this 'new' audio is not related to my audio track in PP.  The "original" audio becomes nothing more than static - completely unusable.  Any idea what the problem might be?

  Yes, close the file in the first and the re - import. You will see that the audio should be good.  Same thing if you close the file and re - open in hearing, you should see that the file is actually very good and that there is a problem in Premiere Pro.

  This is a known issue and a fix is under way, but I wanted you to know that there is a workaround currently, and is not actually a hearing problem.

• Need help to connect a microphone to the hearing

  I am having trouble doing something that seems very basic. I can't set up my microphone to record in the hearing. I am a total newbie to any form of sound recording and don't know anything about. I'm going to be as specific as possible to help someone help me.

  I recently bought a microphone condenser Neewer NW-700. I have it running in a mixer Behringer Xenyx 802 via XLR to 2.5 mm (with a 3.5 mm adapter). Mixer does not have a USB connection so I ran it on my computer (Macbook Pro running OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 at the end of 2011) through a Behringer U-Control UCA222 USB Audio Adapter RCA.

  I went into Preferences > hardware Audio selected USB Audio CODEC for my default entry and exit and did the same thing in the settings of the sound of my Mac.

  When I went to Audition for record, the wave was flat and I could not hear everything that comes out of the speakers. I went to the Audio devices page on my Audio Setup and lunch where I was able to adjust the volume of Audio Out but not Audio In.

  This is as far as I'm away. I've been Google searching for about a week now and nothing has worked. I'm not sure it's a computer problem, a hardware problem or a hearing problem -as I said, I don't know anything about this kind of stuff.

  I just googled your microphone and ryclark is spot on.   The XLR Plug to 3.5 mm cable included with microphone is completely useless - there are several videos that appeared on my taling research on this subject.

  You need an XLR - f for XLR - M cable to connect on your mixer, turn on the Phantom, follow-up instructions that I proposed above.

  I also write a letter to Neewer asking a discount because they provide a cable can possibly use.

  You have just to face why I always recommend against USB microphones for something else that the simple, single microphone, no request for surveillance-style.  For anything else, you would have been better with a couple of microphones XLR and a basic USB interface.  This is not a hearing problem... most of usb microphones just use the Windows Audio drivers and that is what limits you to a single microphone.

  You MAY be able to do this work by downloading ASIO4ALL ASIO4ALL - universal ASIO Driver universal driver and this aid instead of the Windows Sound drivers.  It takes some fiddling and while reading the instructions.  Otherwise, I've also heard people using a cable Audio virtual Virtual Audio Cable Home Page to achieve the same thing - but beware, it is NOT free and takes a lot of detailed configuration.

  Me?  I'll find someone who wants to buy two second-hand pickups USB then put money into two USB microphones and a basic interface to both channels.  Despite the assertions of 'plug and play', it would be much simpler (and flexibility) as soon as you want to do more than using a single microphone.

• Audition refusing to leave my blue Nessie microphone to work with the software. Help!

  Whenever I try to use my blue microphone Nessie and I click on the record button, you will see this error message:

  «The sampling rate of the output devices and audio don't match.» Audio cannot be recorded until this problem is corrected.

  Use the appropriate operating system or control panel of audio device to set the frequency of sampling of input and output devices to use the same settings. »

  That's the problem, I DO NOT KNOW WHICH SAMPLE RATE of USE for MY MIC ON HEARING! Heck, even the correct settings I have no idea what to use!

  I don't have time to experiment with the settings, if someone of you have any suggestions? In the meantime, I'll have to use Audacity to use my microphone.

  Re: Question 2, you could plug your Midiverb out of you sound card and back loop-hearing not to worry.  However, you might well start having problems with latency works this way.

  However, like the one which is used (and liked) Alesis reverbs in a real situation, I wouldn't go to the effort of trying to use them in a mixture.  The reverberations available in hearing (with the addition of one or two free plugins like DA digital) largely overshadow the Alesis ' verbs that tend to add noise to the signal.
