Microsite URL troubleshooting

A month ago, I created our first microsite which is a URL redirection using a CNAME record for our company Web site. The eloqua CNAME. [company] .com points as instructed w / in Eloqua: s [siteID]. t.en25.com this worked great for the first week after I put in place. Recently, I noticed that our microsite does not however solve and puzzled as to why.

The CANONICAL name not changed on Network Solutions and always advanced to the Eloqua URL. When you type in the URL, however, it does not. Registering CNAME and Eloqua redirection URL ping returns an "unknown destination". I thought that maybe our Eloqua changed site ID so I examined and confirmed that it is the same thing. I also checked that the settings of the Microsite of are configured correctly to point to the law area. CNAME

Any thoughts out there as to why it would break because it worked at some point? Is it better to kill the CNAME and enter the field as a record?

Looks like its a DNS problem internal. I found that the problem only w / in our firewall. Shipping time THERE. Thank you very much for the input. I hope that will see a resolution in 48.

    Please try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

    If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

      then select restart with disabled modules.

    If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

    Make a check of malware with several malware scanning of programs on the Windows computer.
