Microsoft says they can't help me. Failure possible HDD or bios.

I'll start from the beginning and I'll try to be brief. The first question that's happened 3 weeks ago. I first noticed that I couldn't open my antivirus (malwarebytes). Once I started studying, I found I could not download anything (including USB) or access my hard drive in any way including the files that would be on my hard drive. as no adjustment. Thinking it was a permission problem, I found that I still had the same permissions that I always be admin. The drive no longer shows an owner and the hidden admin account can't do more than my normal admin. System Restore tells me I am missing a driver and cannot be restored. all the restore points are also nonexistent. Pierce only I had was I could download many things in safe mode. not after Microsoft has used remote access on my computer 3 days in a row they informed me that they could not solve the problem and they believe that it is the HDD or bios based according to diagnostic tests they received I've ever had the results to.

Now this brings me here. I do everything on computers and tried but failed to update the bios. I checked the hard drive for physical problems that i didn't see no also no strange noises. EPSA came no defects anywhere on PC

OK, so it's a bunch of information, I'll post my specs below, and I'll watch the thread if anyone has questions or possible solutions to this gaggle of problems.

Computer: Alienware Aurora R4

OS: Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit

BIOS: A07

hard drive: seagate barracuda 3000Go

Processor: intel i7-3820

not sure if you need all this or something more.

Did you search for malware?

Have you checked the Device Manager for any item (s) material that can be reported?

Since it works in Mode safe, it's clearly a software problem. So now that the files are saved on your laptop, you can wipe the hard drive and do a clean install of Windows.
