  We have stopped to develop/support the Adobe ideas almost two years ago. Last year, a number of people had problems with the application as a result of the iOS Update 9 on iPad, so our engineers draw came up with a way for people to get their designs.

  It's several steps but all those who have completed their recovered their work. They are posted here: for those who use Adobe ideas who upgraded to iOS 9.

• Want more features on the adobe for IPAD pro Editor

  Hi all

  I would like a version of adobe reader that will allow me to edit PDFs on IPAD pro. My complaints are 1) you can only highlight in yellow color and 2) you can only draw freehand in red color. I'm a through and through mac user, but like the adobe product. For what it's worth, I currently use Noteshelf because it has more options for editing files in Adobe PDF. If Adobe adds these features (or if someone can point me to a version with more options that I can buy), I would as soon as POSSIBLE.

• I can't open the Adobe ideas more!

  I don't know if I have been warned about this in an update or anything, but suddenly I cannot open Adobe ideas at all and cannot access my work. Most of the things I worked on have not been registered for a photo album, therefor I can't see them more!

  Is that what I can do to get on the ideas of adobe to retreave my work?

  The trouble with ideas are the result of the iOS Update 9 on iPads. We have been alerted to this problem and posted in our forums, some time ago and our team of engineers came up with a way for people to get their designs.

• Why is my much smaller file size than when I used the adobe ideas

  I use adobe ideas and my drawings are usually on 10 meg. Now, using Adobe draw my file for the very similar designs size is only 1 meg. How can I change the size of the files to get the maximum resolution?

  The only way to increase the size of the drawing is to be sent to the desktop computer. You use the versions of creative cloud of our software?

• Missing features on the meeting place 8 Android

  I held my 8 for a week now. Seems they took a bit of functionality. Probably to justify the low price.

  -No multi user option.

  -No shortcuts app lock screen (it has no lock screen widget) there is an icon at the bottom of the lock screen, but the only icon she is the icon of the application Google instant. I can't find anywhere in parameters to add other applications to the lock screen to unlock the feature.

  -camera has extremely limited adjustments.

  I just the 4.3 update on my Dell 8 place and they added the multi user option.  Still no luck screen shortcuts app however.  I guess you can always download an app for that.  Check the coverage that it's pretty cool.

  I have the same problem as others here but not of the works of solutions for me. I want Lightroom and paid for it next year.

  It's my creative cloud:

  

  My laptop does not system requirements - I had a Lenovo W540 64bits.

  I tried a reinstall of the creative cloud

  I tried installation on the net but he just said 'Lightroom is now downloading' and this continued all night.

  I tried the newspaper one in

  I tried to delete the contents of the OOBE

  So what to do?

  Is it possible to get the installation for Lightroom as a separate download files?

  Could there be a restriction on those apps since what I use on a company computer - and where to check it?

  It was almost the answer - have talked just to support and they fixed

  Here's what we did:

  Complete all Adobe processes or restart your machine. (if you can't stop, then check that creative cloud is over. And if you don't finish the CIB broker, then it's not serious)

  Go to C: / / Program Files (X 86) /Common Files/Adobe/OOBE/Configs and delete the folder Configs.

  Now open Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

  This will fix the problem.

  But I also need the last UN Flash Installer for Windows but can not find the page to make it go away.

• Adobe ideas - synchronization pending connection process

  If I use the Adobe ideas since the first came out and love it! I know that there is now a new application to replace it - but I never rocked since I was so comfortable with the tools in the old application and shaped. I synchronize my drawings to the cloud in the past and it worked very well. But it is probably around for almost two years now. I have a bunch of stuff I want to finally finish on my computer but I now can't seem to synchronize the files in my file Adobe cloud storage. Now, I'm out of luck because maybe that this app is not longer supported?

  All it says when I try to sync is -

  Synchronization process: pending connection.

  WIfi is not is not a problem. Made sure that my camera upward to date.

  any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  This isn't a result of you download Adobe draw but rather the result of the update of your iOS device 9.

  If there are drawings in Adobe ideas you need to recover, you can follow the steps that our engineers come with to get back them. They are available at https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1962985. This is a multi-step process, but it works.

  I m adding the adobe Illustrator drawing files in the creative cloud but its only the png file backup. I want to save the files on creative cloud just as adobe ideas so that I can still use them on adobe illustrator... is there work around or friend missing something?

  Unfortunately, it seems that the only way to transfer full files out to attract the Illustrator must have a monthly creative cloud. If you pay for that you get a 'Send to Illustrator' button in the application.

  I noticed the new features as the creator of QR code and new preview of the document in Indesign Adobe CC is missing in my version of CC Indesign. In Dreamweaver, I got the palette of Styles CSS, but in the new version of Dreamweaver, this palette is called CSS Designer. I updated the Application Manager and installed all updates - how come I do not have these new features?

  Almost certainly, that you always use CS6, no CC.

  Have you tried connecting to the creative cloud and the new creative cloud application download to download the CC versions?

  This problem may occur because of corrupted adobe reader installation files.
