• Missing files since the last update - Windows 7

  Windows Update (19 updates) the 09/09/2015.  First of all, I have a few games that I play in my free time. Since the update I can only play multiplayer, single player won't work for all games. These games are CoD1, CoD2 and IGI2.

  I restored from a backup of the previous day and all games work properly again. When I turned off the computer, he decided to reinstall all updates 19 again. After reboot, once more the games did not work properly, unable to play solo, but still able to play several players. But this isn't the end of my problems.

  I uninstalled all updates of September 9 and reinstalled each update (in numerical order KB) and checked to see if COD2 solo work after each installation.  He failed on 3086255.

  Found a solution:

  Go in Subject: config and change plugins.load_appdir_plugins from false to true. Apparently FF21 assigns the value false by default causing it to not detect plug-ins installed in this way.

  an option may be to tackle this particular update for now until there is a fix from microsoft or you could also look at if there is a graphics driver update available on the Web site of the seller (intel/amd/nvidia) which could also be solved this problem in some cases.

  I've seen that happen periodically, but it is easy enough to fix. Simply remove the icon from your dock. Then re-create by dragging the Firefox icon in the doc from the applications folder.

  After the last update CC, I have a big problem. There is a problem of sound reproduction of the AE through the Media Encoder. When I export directly from AE everthing is fine but when I send the export files via dynamic links to the Media Encoder I get wrong its encoded at the last second of the clip. Curiosly there is a part of the track to another point on the same track in there. There is a sharp break and then in the last second you can hear just a random sound fragment (in this case a femal voice). It's hard to describe.   Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily disables hardware acceleration, restores some settings and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • Click the menu button

    

    click Help

    

    then select restart with disabled modules.

  If Firefox does not work, you can start Firefox in Mode safe as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold down the SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key during the startup of Firefox.
  • On Linux: Exit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox-safe-mode
    (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)

  When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "start mode safe."

  

  If the problem is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps described in the section Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems to find the cause.

  Thanks for this info and choosing the communities Support from Apple. I know how important the possibility of using the Mail app in a way you expect!

  If I understand correctly, when you open the Mail app on your iPad, it shows Inbox, but don't start at the top of the box of reception, but in old messages and you need to scroll until you get to the top of the Inbox and your most recent messages.

• You Tube is not playing video on Firefox with Adobe Flash after the last update

  You Tube and other sites do not play video on Firefox with Adobe Flash after the last update for both. Adobe Flash works on other sites but not You tube and sites that can have embedded videos from You Tube, I'm not sure.

  Adobe Flash not crushed and no error message is visible. All that shows is a black screen for Flash video. Make a right click of the screen shows only a non-interactive 'a film has not loaded' and the clickable link to the home page of Adobe.

  I spent an hour trying things as suggested for past problems similar to this, but none helped.

  I sent sad face, letting you know what I think of the last update for this reason which explains pretty much the same thing, as I have said here.

  I have no other info but if I had a form any entry and queries you I might be able to provide more.

      I think the Flash 12.xx is a phantom. I can't find it on my comp. Only 13.xx shows anywhere but on the Pugins page in Firefox.

     About the .Js I cannot find a User.JS in the profile folder but ther is a user.bk and other files that have.json. Should I do anything with these?

• iTunes does not recognize my devices after the last update

  iTunes does not recognize my devices after the last update. Has crossed all suggestions from the support page (uninstalling/reinstalling driver USB, remove Lockdown folder and so on) but still no joy. iPhone continues to ask if I want to trust to the connected computer, responding 'Yes' has no effect.
