  • Z10 Z10 stuck on logo Blackberry BlackBerry

    Nice day

My phone showed that he needed a charge, when I plug the thicket he here showed me where the battery is a red signal with an exclamation point.  So I plug on and when I tried to enter my files it didn't helped me, and then I went from my blackberry and went out of the battery.  Now the phone is stuck on the Blackberry logo.

Connect your phone to the wall charger (not a USB or in car but a wall charger) and leave it for an hour. After an hour, remove the battery while the phone is still plugged into the wall. Wait a few seconds, then put the battery back. Wait an hour more and see how much autonomy you then. If it shows that he is in charge, you should be good. If it still shows red battery with exclamation point, once more to remove the battery for a minute with the phone on and then replace the battery and wait. Only, you should have to do this once cycle to get the battery to begin to show a charge.

Let us know if that helps you.

  • Acer Iconia A1-810 stuck on logo after update of KitKat

I received the notification of update today for the update of KItKat (I installed the previous update with no problems) and allow to download then proceeded with the installation. After it is finished the SystemRoot Tablet and he was blocked on the Acer boot logo since. What should I do now?

The Tablet is now working again, for anyone facing the same problem here is the solution in detail:

1 - go to the Acer support page > drivers and manuals > choose your device model > tab choose OS > download the operating system for your region.
2 - Copy the file "update.zip" on an external SD card and insert it into the device.
3 - Although the power off, hold the volume upwards then power button for three seconds. Let go when the screen lights up.
    4. now you should look at the recovery mode menu. Navigate using the volume buttons and choose 'apply the update of external storage' and find your file "update.zip".
5 - the tablet will now install the OS, restart and go through the first time using the installation program.

Unfortunately, all data on the tablet will be lost. Many thanks Acer!
In addition, I thank IronFly for his help.

  • HP m225dw: my HP Laserjet Pro M225dw MFP is stuck on logo HP "initialization".

Help!  I did everything suggested in previous posts, but my printer is still initializing mode.  Too bad I saw work scanner, but I was stuck initializing mode to try to solve all these problems.  Help, please.

    Hey @missmgm,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see that you have some problems with your M225dw Laserjet stuck initializing. I can help you with that, but I'll need to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried first. Once I know that I will be better able to help you.

  • My MFP HP Laserjet Pro M225dw is stuck on logo HP "initialization".

I have the same problem, the printer will not complete the power on the initialization sequence.

    Gemini02

It seems I owe you an apology... unless your last instructions work apparently.

I had not thought that the printer would react on the network if it was still initializing.  To me that sounds like he is yet to start, but I guess that networks was on before it got stuck.

In any case, this afternoon that I turned on the printer back, plugged into the USB on my HP Envy 17 t, downloaded the updated firmware June 2015, he ran, he updated the firmware of the printer and the printer restarted and got thorugh to the homescreen on the screen.

Then I configured for my home wifi network and it attached to my router.

Then I opened the EWS page and left the IPV6 and changed to static IP address.

Jolly good so far.  Now I can try the electric bike on the printer several times and see if it remains functional as expected.

    # 1 power cycle: OK

    Cycle 2 # power: OK

    # 3rd power cycle: OK

    power cord removed 15 minutes

    # 4 power cycle: OK

So now, it seems to work.  I can't understand why the HP Chat person said if go, they could not help, wouldn't do anything.  Made me give up and replace it with a brother who works really well and seems a lot more elegant than the M225 although it has better file (print speed, duplex scanning) and still has all the other features of the M225... and it cost less than $ 150.  Don't know why HP continues to be #1 with brother beating develop products and price, and I must say that I am impressed with their email ollow-up top and providing support tools and a willingness to make me happy... so better service than HP as well.

Hmm, I guess I have enough negative look on HP.  Sorry if this colors your enthusiasm for HP.

Thank you for your persistence in getting stares upward.

    Kind regards

    ... Patrick

  • Reloading the blackBerry Z10 Z10 software stuck on logo Blackberry, continuous restart loop, did not help...

    Hello

Here to find the solution for my beloved BlackBerry Z10 STL100-3

One day, precisely 26 May 2016 my Z10 battery Blackberry went below 5% or something, I rushed to connect it to the charger but before doing so; It is just off. I plugged in the charger for several hours, but it went to reboot mode as he went to the course passed. It just kept flashing empty battery symbol.

Problem: BlackBerry Z30 stuck in a reboot loop

    Comments/Details:

    1. when it is connected to the wall charger, the red LED flashes for a few seconds, the display shows "BlackBerry" name. After that,.

    a. device either goes to a restart mode, the icon reload Blackberry OS, the charging progress are shown and about 60-70% progresses he new go to the mode (flashing empty charging symbol) load

    b. or device is standing right in the mode, load with screen showing beteer empty, load, seeing to the top flashes still with the typical color of LED for empty-drained/low battery levels.

    2. keep on charging for several hours, or even overnight will not help to restart. And he remains in charge mode with b symptoms of "scenario". Start button / stop fails to start the machine and after several attempts, it flashes only 'Blackberry' on screen and again charge mode.

    3. as soon as the connection to BlackBerry device link gets detected for a few seconds. And the screen displays the name of "Blackberry", "scenario one" described above occurs. And he just repeats.

    4. that the device is detected for a few seconds, being fast enough to select the option "Reload" when Blackberry link shows that it connected returns with the message "software update has encountered an error.

After meeting thiis reboot loops question on 26 May 2016, I searched rigorously blackbery support forums and other web pages a di a factory reset/software reload on my device. I lost all my data, but did not care as I wanted my Z10 back to life.

Now its been 2-3 months I see my Z10 stuck in restart loop and hoping that maybe it lights up or I will be able to find the solution.

    Kindly help.

    Hi J Sanders,

Z10 was connected to the wall charger and all the tips/advice you mentioned have been tried. He could not start device.

Before trying the ADF, to check if battery is dead or defective; I kept it in my brother Z10. The battery was load and after a while, he turn the unit on its own.

However, the pile of work of Z10 my brother could not initialize my camera. I guessed corrupted software connection or the battery could be a problem.

I carefully observed battery connection ports, specifically the part that establishes the conncetion of metal tabs of the battery with the unit (given in the image http://www.gsmzone.co.uk/Blackberry-8900-Z10-Battery-Connector).

I found one of the metal connector stuck / out partially / fits loosely / spring-movement irregulars / and is not able to communicate perfectly with the metal strips of the battery.

I tried to solve this problem by manually removing the metal connector. After several test, I managed to do it.

I put my battery in my Z10, he acknowledged, and red LED flashed, name BlackBerry flashed, Blakberry OS Reload icon flashed-has increased 100%, Blackberry 10 name flashed and Z10 began. Device came to operational status.

Current operating system version is 10.3.2.2836.

No SIM or media inserted in it.

Charge the unit and check if all functions work fine.

  • Pavilion dv6 3127tx stucks at startup

"." tell me whether a hardware problem or having problems with windows/graphic card.

Thanks for the help in advance

    Hello, @iqbal45

It seems that when you try so that it starts normally, you stay stuck on the Welcome screen. I will try to help you with this.

I don't think your problem is related to the graphics at all as if you choose to fix so you can get into Windows. Unless you encounter problems after that are related graphics or this folder indicates such.

Then probably something on the laptop during the start is at the origin of the gel. This could be a glitch or corruption in Windows, a program that launches (at the beginning) or a virus.

An easy fix for this would be a System Recovery, although this is usually a last resort. If you're ok with now do, I would recommend this doing. If this isn't the case, then you can try a few other possibilities first.

Demarrer start in Safe Mode , then try:
    Clean boot
Analysis antivirus + Malware scan (MalwareBytes is a very good program for the latter, use antivirus whatever you like (free with Avast, AVG) you can google all).

You can also try the update drivers any with the HP Support Assistant and all Windows updates. (should be able in normal startup or in safe mode)

If the foregoing produces no result, then recover (don't forget to backup).

I hope you're able to help. Please let me know how make you out.
Thanks for posting on the HP Forums.

  • Mobile content is pressed onto iphone

    Hello

I'm on DW CS6 on an iMac. It is a separate issue semi related to a previous post. I have set up a media (800 px-form max) for mobile device management and query on my ipad, my site seems pretty good. The window of content and navigation extend overall fairly evenly with a thin space on each side - is not perfect, but overall, pretty even.

On my iphone, these provisions appear to be truncated by a right side margin - but little matter I have (same layout right margin to '0'), cannot do the sections of navigation and content to balance and stretch out across the screen to the right at all.

There was a way I kind of got to work but it was unusable - by setting the margin on the right '-8% ', I got these sections to finally lay across the screen.  But which ruins the rendering of the things ipad.

Here's the dilemma and almost a trick question: If the ipad and iphone are affected the same way by the Mobile.css file set up by request, they are, so why these sections stretch across the screen evenly on the ipad and not the iphone?

    http://www.frankbright.com/mobile.CSS

I tend to think it's a problem to navigation because whenever I get some results however little - the "content" section grows and stretches at the same time.

Update: I put on the main model, content to sit to the right. But on the ipad, the content is more focused and that's how it should be on the iphone as well.

I appreciate help or advice on this.

    Thank you very much

    Frank B.

The problem with the right margin is caused by FrankLogo.png, which is too big for the small screen.

Remove the attributes width and height of the HTML and add style to your mobile.css:

    #Logo img {}

    Max-width: 100%;

    }

  • A lot of problems after El Capitan then downgrade to Yosemite

Hello, I'm on a MacBook Pro (15 inch, early 2011), refurbished

    2.2 GHz Intel Core 17

    16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

    I have free out-f 859,48 GB 998,07 GB

    SATA drive

(Barely) running on OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5

This is a refurbished MacBook Pro, I bought a little over a year he has absolutely no problem until I tried the update of El Capitan a week ago.

First of all, the update took several hours during the night to download. He then took more than 14 hours to install. After completing the installation and reboot, the machine was apparently very well, but I had just surfed the web normally on Google Chrome.

The next day, shortly after turning on the machine, through a much faster startup and logon process and begins again to surf the web via Chrome, everything went haywire. The MacBook froze, I had a gray screen, then he crashed and died.

At this point, he refused to start as long as upward and rather stalled on the Apple logo screen white front. After I held down the power button to force it to turn off, wait a minute and turned off and on again, it starts only insofar as the logo screen of Apple with the progress bar and then hang. I tried to see if it would finally finish starting, no dice.

    LONG VERSION:

I started to shoot trouble that all the typical El Capitan boot post fixed.

    1. it will not Mode safe mode by holding the shift button on the start menu to the top. I have no active FileVault. I don't remember if I have a password for the updated firmware.

    2. I was able to start it in recovery by using the command Mode + R while restarting - exactly ONCE. At that time, I used utilities and my external (passport for Mac) back to restore pre - El Capitan Yosemite. Still, things seemed good that night and I was able to use Chrome normally.

    3. the next day, the same problems started upward, however, now it is no longer will enter into Recovery Mode. Yet once again, I would be stuck on the logo screen white front, or stuck on logo screen, or sometimes it would start through and then hang on the white screen again.

    4. then, I tried to return the NVRAM on restart. This method sometimes works, sometimes not. Sometimes it again just hangs up on a part of the boot process.

    5. I booted into single user mode and went through a series of troubleshooting commands. Yet once, it worked - exactly ONCE. For a while, it will boot into single user mode, most of the time, but following the instructions of before no results will be given.

    6. I started in Restore Mode to Internet using the command + Option + r Repeat: it worked exactly ONCE. I was able to restore Yosemite 10.10.4, day 3, thought it was good, but no, crash, no initialization. None of the previous patches were working. Also, now command + R to start automatically in this mode and not in recovery mode. When the recovery of the Internet Mode ends, he hangs up on the white screen again and refuses to start.

I am more able to access Recovery Mode to use the utilities to erase the disc.

    7. after resetting the SMC (Ctrl + Shift + option + command while holding the power button) AND the NVRAM, I am able to boot the computer and enter the Finder utilities and run the disc utilities. I ran all the permissions of the drive, I fixed all the permissions, I fixed the drive. On several occasions. Same things, I do much more than surf the web and it crashes. No startup. No Recovery Mode. Recovery mode Internet hangs up. Single User Mode is not given result. Also, I can no longer erase MacIntosh HD.

    8. I use Time Machine to restore to my last backup. No dice. Same deal, as all of the above.

    9. Finally, it does not restart after resetting the SMC and NVRAM again. I then upgraded to Yosemite 10.10.4 to 10.10.5. Now, I continue to have the same problems as above, but I can run is no longer Google Chrome or Spotify. With two apps, I get an immediate error message indicating "Chrome/Spotify has unexpectedly" until something starts at all.

    10. I removed Chrome and tried to reinstall, same problem.

    SHORT VERSION:

    1. I've updated to El Capitan and the other day my MacBook Pro started to break and turn off, and then refuses to restart.

    2. I have followed all directions on Apple's Support forums including attempt to boot mode without failure (fail). I could enter in Recovery Mode and restore an earlier version back up only ONCE. Now, it will restart is no longer into Recovery Mode.

    3. I followed the instructions to start in single user Mode. It worked exactly ONCE.

    4. I ran first aid utility disk and check/repair permissions and repair the disk several times. The problems persist.

    5. I started in Internet Recovery Mode. It worked exactly ONCE, and now instead of normal Mode recover DΘmarrer to cmd + R, it goes right to the recovery of Internet Mode. Once that ends, it hangs indefinitely on the white screen, then sometimes it will go to a totally black screen indefinitely or close again.

    6. I used the reset of the MSC and the NVRAM and managed to start completely. Then I upgraded to Yosemite 10.10.5 and lost my Chrome and Spotify. The MacBook continues to crash and stop randomly. Of the SMC + NVRAM reset seems to help with the start-up, but the crash then using that anything but Safari continues and reinstall still leads Chrome an instant "Chrome has unexpectedly" error message before it even begins.

The Mac came to me with Yosemite already installed and I have no disc to install it after a clean cloth. I am able to surf the web, and that's mostly it.

10.10 is saved on one archive, available from a backup Time Machine or in your App store purchases, there is no legal way to get more.

If you have disks that came with the computer as it is prior to recovery of the internet you can retrieve for that OS, but you are limited to the upgrade of the operating system in your App Store account. If you do not have this option is strictly 10.11.6

  • Restore iPhone Complications

Hello, I recently went to reset my iPhone. I did it through settings. So I did the button "erase all content and settings", and he wiped it very well. Then when I connect my phone to the computer, rather than a new phone, it made a backup. I didn't backup, so I restored my iPhone. My iPhone guard boot the apple, sometimes with white below, bar logo showing it is something loading up, and sometimes I get a blue screen. Once the restoration began, iTunes can read is no longer my iPhone and my phone was stuck on logo starting for 30 minutes. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem? Thank you

    Try recovery Mode:

Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes.

When your device is connected, force restart it: press and hold the sleep/wake and home for at least 10 seconds, and only release when you see the Apple logo.

Keep now until see you the recovery mode screen and wait that he eat.

You may need to do the above, more than once as recovery mode is difficult to enter.

Restore first as New and test. Then restore backup if you wish. If the backup is corrupt it will probably bring back the question.

    Any help would be appreciated

Force restart the device (note that you may need to do this more than once):

Force the restart (does not affect the settings/data/music/apps/etc)

    1. press and hold the sleep/wake button

    2. press and hold the Home button

    3. hold both buttons until the screen turns off, then back on with the Apple logo.

My problem is that when I add the document recto the folio Builder he brings / poster portrait orientation, I expected to see them both.

Maybe it's a bug, I created a new page from scratch, but still have the same result

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Did you put the folio to dual orientation? And FWIW, I do not recommend double orientation at all unless there is a special design for her, and even then I wouldn't substitute but rather of two files InDesign layouts.

That may mean the iPod has a hardware problem, such as a faulty hard drive or the logic board.

When you do a Reset (press and hold the Menu and Center buttons), going blank at the start before the Apple logo returns the screen to the iPod?  Or do you mean that the Apple logo is 'stuck' and it doesn't go away when you try of the reset?
