  Firefox window is sometimes "off screen" somehow. Often, you can force it to appear on the screen by right clicking on the thumbnail image just above the taskbar and choose expand. Does it work?

  A possible cause for this is that the file that stores the positions and sizes of window is corrupt. You can delete this file and Firefox will return to standard window resizing.

  #1 method: If you can get a zoomed window:

  • type or paste everything: in the address bar and press Enter

  Leave this window open, switch back to Firefox and output, either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > button "power".
  • (menu bar) File > Exit

  Pause while Firefox finishing its cleanup, then rename xulstore.json to something like xulstore.old. If you see a file named localstore.rdf, rename this to localstore.old.

  Launch Firefox back up again. Windows normally appear again?

  #2 method: If you can not get a Firefox window for all:

  Close Firefox by right clicking the icon in the taskbar > close all windows.

  Using the Run dialog box (windows key + R) or the start search bar menu type or paste the following and press Enter to drill down to the profiles folder:

  %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles
  

  Here you can see a folder - in this case, double-click that - or more than one case - in this case, double-click on in what looks like the most recently updated.

  Scroll down and rename xulstore.json to something like xulstore.old. If you see a file named localstore.rdf, rename this to localstore.old.

  Launch Firefox back up again. Windows normally appear again?

  Then, to re - light bars, you can use one of the following methods to view the list of the toolbar, and then select the desired bars it:

  • Right click on a place empty on the tab bar (or the button '+')
  • Press the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > view > toolbars
  • in customize mode > show/hide toolbars (see: Customize Firefox commands, buttons, and toolbars)

  To activate the menu bar, toolbar bookmarks or other bars, click it in the list.

  I created an interactive pdf designed for the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, set to open full screen mode. Recently, I think I did something for the preferences settings and now whenever I open the file: (a) I get a warning that it will open in mode full screen (I just want it to open it without the warning); and (b) the toolbar is always right if the presentation is not really in the entire screen.   It's kind of like a dashboard on the right side. The tools that are available are 'tools to fill & sign' (exoanded to: add text, add Checkmark, initial Place, place of Signature). Showing also but not expanded not is 'Send or collect Signatures' and 'Working with certificates.'

  I have been a little more troubleshooting on mine, and now I'm fairly certain that the toolbar appears because the document contains few fields to fill. I removed these items and now the file is opened in mode full screen without the list toolbar.

  I put my tool bar to auto hide. Normally, a zoomed window will extend to the bottom of the screen when the task bar is hidden. However, whenever I restart Windows, any window that is maximized will only go down insofar as space of the taskbar visible again, even when it is hidden. Turning auto-hide and the new set, but only until that next time that I reboot. Is there a way to fix it permanently? I use XP Pro.

  The problem I have is happening with any program that I open, not only IE and windows, then I would say it's more a problem of Windows.

  I signed up for a demo of Muse and I must say that I am very impressed. After using Dreamweaver in the past in school, often get bogged down in the code, Muse is a designers dream. I even told a few friends about it, calling for «InDesign for web designers» The features and tutorials on Adobes site, are fab but I need now to a little help.

  I want several images to fit the entire screen on a specific section of my Muse site, just below the navigation bar. I noticed the best way to do this is to create a slideshow full screen. With this option I can add one or more images fade in and out - communicate various messages and points of sale. By default, as the widget options are defined in the charging framework, which extends from my image to completely fill the browser. Unfortunately with this selected the image loses some quality and seems to zoom in, getting cropped in the process. When you change the settings to adjust the content proportionally everything looks great. The chart is smack bang under my sailing as I desire however there is also a horrible gray area each side because the graph is now its original size. Grey on each side seems to be the background color of the slideshow, but I can't find a way to change this - from grey to black.   Hello, I use firefox 14.0.1 on my windows 7 Tablet I like full screen mode because it gives my small screen more space however, it is the small buttons(minimize,maximize,close) legend wanted to know if I could do the caption buttons remain the same size as in mode non-plein screen

  Is there a way to disable the feature by which a window is maximized size full screen when you drag to the top of the screen?

  I guess some people, it is useful to have a full screen for their programs, namely graphics applications. But when I fix my screen, I want to place the upper part of the program directly on the top of my screen. It's something that I can't do now - without activating the real behavior of full-screen.

  I have no problem as such, just the question above.

  In my view, there are extensions, but you can use the keyboard shortcuts

  "Ctrl + B" to toggle the sidebar bookmarks in/out or replace a different sidebar

  "Ctrl + H" to toggle the sidebar history entry/exit or replace a different sidebar

  Open Firefox in mode without failure of Firefox. Hold the SHIFT key when you double-click on the icon of the desktop Firefox. Do not choose anything except to continue in safe mode.

  Then Ctrl + Shift + A to open the Manager of Addons. In the Extensions list, press the button delete for this extension.

  Then close Firefox.

  I hope that your freezing problem will be resolved.

  On Mac, you can't hide the menu bar as in Windows and Linux, and because the operating system control the menu bar then it may not be a Firefox problem.

  It seems to have hit a bug in the current drive (tested on 10.1.52.14):

  If I programmatically change the color of a sprite consisting in a text and a circle the output is different if the application is in mode full-screen (the text is not colored in fs)

  In my class mousedown event handler I call the following (slightly simplified the code to make things easier to understand here):

  var cTrans:ColorTransform = new ColorTransform();

  _hColor =0xD78500
  Recolor the clicked sprite
  cTrans.color = _hColor;

  this.transform.colorTransform = cTrans;

  This is what I get in windowed mode (expected behavior):

  I can switch between windowed mode and full screen and the text gets colorful or not, as stated above.

  Anyone got clues about what's going on? I mean that's not supposed to probably not be that way...

  Well I tried to make a projector and do not see with it, but then again my install puts 10.0.22.87 in the projector.

  I could try changing the Sprite to a MovieClip and see if that helps.
