  Maybe the page item values are not saved in session state, before the report is rendered.

• Can you make a model of filling to the Center?

  I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to change model of bucket fill parameters so that the model starts from the Center and fills with outside? Whenever I use the model always fill his stats from the upper left corner, which often means the repetition does not look quite symmetrical depending on the size of my canvas. It's a bit of pain resizing and the reorganization of the presentation of my models, so I was wondering if there was an easier way to do this?

  Hi, you need to make a new fill layer:

  1. in the main menu, choose layer/new layer fill / Pattern

  2. in the layer window, choose a name for your layer and click OK

  3. in the filling of model window, choose the right model in the preset menu, to move your model, you just drag & drop the mouse directly on your window of woking.

  Once you make your new fill layer, you can change the settings in the layer panel. Just double click on the thumbnail and you will access the model to fill window again.

  Well Yes, you are right, Kurt. If a filling is already set, then toggle the checked "fill" line will leave the filling. If you uncheck the fill line, the fill will be removed.

  I am trying to open a file with my labview application .exe, so I thought that windows was sending the file path double clicked in Explorer solutions in the form of argument, but all I get is the name of my exe file.

  

  Does anyone know how to set up windows or the application to get the double click path from the Explorer, which has the file extension has already been associated with my exe?

  I'm not sure I understand, but I think you want your Labview program to open another file, as a file of perimeter?

  Have three basic choices.

• Why can't I see lines blue guide my path when I move my mouse over them?

  I use illustrator CC (2014) and all of a sudden I do not see the thin blue lines that shows me where my paths and anchor point are.

  Here is a picture of the blue lines what I'm talking about. They do not appear when my mouse hovers over them, but the fact if I select them.

• Strange problem brush which compensates for the model of the line and double it... Help?

  Hey everybody! Last night, I made a brush of Ribbon for a project at work. It worked as it should and I gave it to a colleague of mine so that it could use is as well. This morning, however, my colleague tells me she is having problems with the brush because it wasn't appearing when she used. I opened the file HAVE on my computer to check it out and everything seems fine, the lines that I did the other night not appear correctly. However, when I tried to draw another line and apply the brush, the ground was shifted to the line, AND it seemed to have doubled.

  Here's a sample of what I mean; the top is a line that I drew last night and the bottom is the same line, just copied and pasted below:

  

  I can move the lines, I did the other night, on the model around and it works correctly, but if I copy the line or by using the same brush to draw, I get double up to offset glitch.

  The brush is constructed with a clipping group. This does not work properly.

  You might drag the brush in the Panel forms. Then ungroup. Then take the part of the brush that isn't a corner and use the pathfinder Crop on it.

  Then create a new brush.

• Create model XMLP for lines in 2 different columns?

  Hi all, is it possible to create a model of XMLP which shows the same group of data, but in 2 different columns, i.e. the left column display (say) first 10 lines and the right column display lines of the 11th-20th?
  
  The XML source contains only the total number but no individual line number.

  I read that "scripted fill pattern" is a new feature in Photoshop CC v14.2 but have been unable to find.  I installed v14.2 and sought this feature under Edition > fill, but the option does not appear.  I use a Mac.  The feature is not available in the Mac version?

  It was not introduced with 14.2 but has been improved, it seems.

  I convert a decimal string in the binary equivalent using the format based on the string, I was wondering if there is a way to zero left fill the results?  For example, I have 5 1001 converted but would like to have the output as 00001001 string, thank you.

• Zeros in front of a filling line

  I need fill a string with zeros on the left.  Example: 2 002, 4F would be 04F.  I'm trying to cushion just a string, I am on the format string and I tried x 03%, but this does not work.  Any suggestions?

  The easiest way that comes to mind is to use a loop for iteration and concatenate zeros for each 'empty space' calculated by the length of the final string - length of the input string.  Then concatenate it with the original string.

  For example, here's something I wrote real quick.  There is probably a more elegant solution, but it should be a good starting point:

  EDIT:

  The foregoing does not care what is the original input string.  If you want a more specific hexadecimal, then you can use something with the string of Format in:

  Hex.VI padded

  

  The important part of this VI is the format string of "%". 03 x  The first '0' said Pad entry with zeros.  The '3' tells you the length of the final string (all the channels below that length will be 0 characters to pad the length requested).  The 'x' said you that it is in hexadecimal.

  EDIT 2:

  The reason '03 x %' is not a value with the String data type entered is because by default the Format to a string with the string type data use %0 to designate padded spaces.  Either convert your string to a numeric data type and use the format, or even just use a loop for as I suggested originally.

  Now that I saw your picture, I understand the problem. You must make the careful construction work.

  Take a look at this:

  

  Start by drawing your circle. Drag the ruler guides (here dotted lines) so that they snap into its Center C.

  Drag another landmark of rule to your point of origin O.

  With the Pen or line tool Segment a line of O to T A. setting by the eye as precisely as possible with the end of it A directly selected.

  A copy of the line OA rotate 90 °. Using smart guides, drag the new line until it crosses the center of the Circle C.

  Direct, select the end of your original line and move it to T until the smart guides say "cross".

  Now, with the selected OA line use the scale tool. O-click and drag to 45 degrees by holding the Shift key. Your line will extend over its own length.

  In order to take account of the OA line across the circle just use the Reflect tool. Select the line, an Option, click the horizontal guide and copy reflect across the horizontal axis through the dialog box.
