Most of the property windows and workspaces do not appear

Just installed Captivate 5 on Mac 10.6.4, but most of the property windows and workspaces do not appear.

With only the skin editor and view of connection, I was able to properly record a demo of very simple software. After watching a few tutorials, I realized that there is more to this product that I see. Nothing appears when I try to choose a workspace, display the Filmstrip window, etc. Help?

It seems that the preferences of the Captivate has been corrupted. Can you try to delete the preferences for the following location?

Location of preferences: /Users/ [username] / Library/Preferences

In this folder, a folder named Adobe Captivate 5 must be present. You can go ahead and delete it.

Try launching Captivate after deleting this file. Hope it works!

    You can try to leave Explorer yourself.  Here's how:

    1. Press Ctrl-Shift-escape, which should open the Task Manager.
    2. On the file menu, choose new task.  Type explorer.exe and press ENTER.  The taskbar and the desktop should appear.

    However, this is not a permanent solution.  My best advice to you would be to use the system restore to go back to one hour before the beginning of the question.  This restoration process takes about 2 minutes and will not lose one of your folders: it restores only the settings from the system to a point in time that you choose (you can 'come back' as little as a few hours or several weeks).

    To do a test, follow the steps below.  I guess that you are unable to reach the taskbar for the following steps:

    1. Press Ctrl-Shift-escape, which should open the Task Manager.
    2. On the file menu, choose new task.  Type rstrui.exe (this name is for 'restore user interface').  When you click OK, the system restore should start.
    3. Through the system restore program, you will choose a time to come back. When you have completed the program, your computer will restart with the settings at this time.

  • I use v20.0.2 and restart using the same windows and tabs does NOT work. I deleted the profile and restarted, etc, but nothing seems to work. What now?

    Don't know what else I can give you here. This particular software function doesn't seem to work.

    In case you use "clear history of Firefox closing:

    • do not erase browsing history

    Note that compensation "Preferences of Site" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, windows pop up, installation of software and passwords.

    You can check for problems with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the profile folder of Firefox that store session data.

    Delete the sessionstore.js file possible sessionstore-# .js files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox profile folder.

    Delete sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and groups of tabs open and closed tabs (back) to get lost and you will have to re-create them (take note or bookmarks).

    If you use a software like CCleaner cleaning then check the settings in the Firefox application.

    Hey! Seems to be a bug with fonts of the Muse?

    When I go to select some fonts (Typekit and Webfonts), they are not yet selectable from within the Muse. Even a font that I just downloaded in the "Add web fonts" menu does not work...

  • Instructions for "create certificate" If the publication Windows Metro APPS do not appear in the user guides. Someone at - it instructions for this?

    I have the windows SDK for the development of the metro Windows APPS but when I try to publish the 'create certificate' button is grayed out.

    Are there instructions published explaining how to use the SDK for captivate.  The adobe user guide has no information.

    As far as I KNOW only applications for iOS and Android are supported to create Captivate.

  • Post photo or video from the album shared and it does not appear

    Lately I've known something very strange.  Very rarely, I go through the steps to post a photo or a video on an album shared my Photos on my iPhone, but after finishing when I type then "Shared" downstairs to check the album, the photo is not here.  It does not appear in the shared himself album, or activity.  It just is not there.  It happened several times. Basically, I am able to post fine, but this happens sometimes, apparently with nothing else.  WiFi is fine.

    Any thoughts?  It seems that there is so much it's always bugged on shared albums.

    What is happening with Albums that you share or shared Albums from someone else? It happens in the same album, or different? Y at - it albums that you try to add photos or videos of exceeding limits of sharing:

  • I bought a widget on the muse of the model site and it does not appear in my library:

    I tried to download a purchased widget "video full browser width" via the extensions Manager and also manually, but none worked. It appears in the extensions manager that I just can't transfer it to muse.   The file that I have has a .zxp.

    You will probably need to contact the third-party developer of the widget. Muse/Adobe do not build or sell widgets. The Exchange is really just a place for vendors to sell their widgets much you the Apple App Store.

  • Open LR in the Web Module and collections does not appear

    Hello

    If I close LR while in the Web Module, when I reopen it, the Collections Panel does not display any of my collections.  I have to click on the Plus sign (+) and select any sort mode is not selected for the collections to show.  If I navigate to another Module, collections are displayed correctly and the display remains when I navigate to the Web.  I don't have this problem if I close LR and reopen it with other panels selected when closing.

    I would like to point out that I use SlideShowPro and that all my collections are used in SSP sideshows.  I can't imagine it would cause the behavior that I see, but who knows.

    Anyone see this?

    I have a similar problem. Even if I chose one of the galleries Flash integrated then close and reopen the catalog there is a delay for Collections to show. I have Slideshow Pro too but am not sure, this is the cause, but rather a simple delay while a new gallery is built. I do not have something but wait a moment for the collections to come back.

    Even if I chose a HTML Gallery Collections do not appear immediately but will be once the Gallery has finished building. You wait long enough?

    Hello all! I have an old TC (not sure how old but less than 3 years) which appears in Airport utility on my iPhone but not on my Mac. I have my TC in Bridge mode.

    During the night, we lost our internet connection so this morning, I restarted my modem/router to Comcast. He looked like my TC starts fine but when I open the Airport utility on my Mac it isn't here, but if I open Airport utility on my iPhone 6 is here. I wonder why it appears on one and not the other...

    You only need a device with AirPort Utility installed to be able to administer all the airport on your network routers... and, as you have found... the software on the iOS version of the utility is better than the software on a Mac.

    Thus, an option would be to use Airport utility on the iPad and not to use it on the Mac.

    If you want to keep the AirPort Utility to work on your Mac, there are some settings to check and possibly change that could help with the "airports endangered" issue, who is with us for a few years.  No guarantee that this will help, but it won't hurt either. If you have 10-15 minutes free to work on your Mac, and we'll see what we can do.

    We will first check if the system restore services are set to automatic and started. To do this, follow these steps.
    1. Click Start, type services.msc and press to enter.
    2. from the list of services, double-click Windows backup and Volume shadow copy services.
    3. in the Properties window, select the automatic startup type and click Start.
    4. apply the changes.
    5. try to open the system restore and check the result.

    My guess is that you have a damaged or invalid certificate entry OS X KeyChain, but to directly answer this question, I would say that consider you something like HTTPS Everywhere. Note, it is not available for Safari. It is available directly through the Google Chrome browser extensions.

    The code that you have attached should not report an error, so it seems that something has gone wrong with your installation of MathScript. My best guess is that it is the problem that is described in this knowledge base article. Your signature says that you use f3 patch, which is a good start. But the KB lists some other steps to take when you see errors about MathScript, impossible to compile. Can you try the procedure described in the article and let us know if that fixes the problem?
