My system has 2013 Office and Acrobat Professional DC installed on my personal computer.

A document composed of 50 people normal Word or more pages with links to keyword (Fig, Table etc.) and drawings refuses to produce PDF output.

After several attempts, including Save as, export, MS Office collapses and pray for turn off the add COM Acrobat.

The location of the Word doc produces the same results.

All the solutions to this problem?

Hi Saganlacohan,

Please open Acrobat, go to the Help menu & "repair installation".

Now try to create the PDF from the Acrobat itself, see this KB document for help Acrobat help. Create PDFs with Acrobat DC.
