Why did you ask 40px wide and a float left all the td elements in your css?
(in the second declaration of td)
td { color: #fff; font-size: 12px; line-height: 15px; width: 40px; float: left; }

Transformation of manual image: lose the top of the image
With LR3, I often use manual image transformations and observe an undesirable effect, that I just can't explain to myself: when changing the vertical Perspective to a negative value, the image will be transformed to deal with the prospect, as expected, but its Summit will be moved out of sight as well. For example, during the correction of the image of a large building at the top of the Tower moves out of sight. An example:
After you apply the vertical correction - 33, it looks like this:
The whole top of the tower is gone, on the bottom even if we see the box "out of the picture", and we can not move the image down to see the top of the Tower rather than this 'gray' on the bottom. I couldn't find any way to avoid this, until I discovered that I can change the scale factor (the loss of resolution of the resulting image :-() and that missing a part of the image will be visible again.
Once we throw at 84% of the image above, we see once again at the top of the tower. Of course, we can show the grey areas manually:
However, the size in pixels of the image is really reduced proportionately for the scale factor, here 0.84.
Why is it so? I'm almost convinced it's a bug.

I don't think it's a bug. The scale is supposed to evolve, after all. If you sclae to 84%, the image should scale down.
I think that it is, is a lack of two additional sliders: Pan horizontally and vertically Pan. If you have these, you could move down to step 2, instead of scaling the image to retrieve the hidden parts.

In the improved version, the image of any page Web I'm on fills the entire screen. There is no info either the top of the screen or at the bottom of the screen, just the image of this Web page. If I push the cursor upward against the top of the image, then two nav bars pop open, one with a list of open tabs or windows and the other with a place to type the URL from another site, as well as on the right of the icons for Greasemonkey, etc.. Pushing against the background of the image icon does not produce anything.
F11 activates / deactivates the full-screen mode - turn off.

How can I change the background image along the top of the page format?
at the same time, it gave me the opportunity to open a session on Firefox to choose a background image that appears at the top. I would change it and can not find a menu item to take me to this option.
He is a character. Go here: http://www.getpersonas.com/en-US/gallery/All/Popular/23
To narrow the field down a little, choose a category from the left menu.
If you already have some of them, click on the Firefox button, go to add-ons, then the menu appearance.

display images in windows mail
Until recently, the option 'Show images' appeared at the top of some emails. My only option now is to show the e-mail on a web page. I would like to recover the original option.
The problem is that IE9 has been installed by Windows Update and its not not watch 'bar info'. See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#15 for workarounds.

Moved from start menu to the top right of the screen and the quick launch at bottom right bar
Menu start accidentally moved to the top right of the screen and the taskbar for quick launch at the bottom right of the screen. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?
I assume you mean that the to-do bar everything is on the right side instead of the lower part of the screen?
Right-click on an empty spot in the taskbar and unlock it. Grad white spot a drag it down. Relock the taskbar.

the taskbar moved right from the bottom to the top of the screen. I can't move it to its default position, the bottom of the screen.
the taskbar moved right from the bottom to the top of the screen. I can't move it to its default position, the bottom of the screen.
It's a matter of Windows not a question of IE. However, FWIW, what I would do is disable Auto-Hide, and then use the menu item move the taskbar, for example Alt-space, M and then do a few movements of the cursor to see where you can get it at. That's actually what I did in XP. I am now on W7 and apparently this Alt-space, M thing does not work here. In W7 they apparently now actually do less esoteric function, for example, there is an explicit option for this in the taskbar properties dialog box. Who would have thought? I don't know what the State of this feature in Vista. Try both? ; )
Good luck

Printing images inserted on Windows 2003 with some of the top printed at the bottom
The printer is a Photosmart D7560. Images inserted into a Word 2003 document were still part of the top (which seems to vary) printed at the bottom of the image, despite the Preview Print shows images correctly. The text above and below the pictures will print correctly. Document prints correctly on a Canon i850 printer.
Ok. I lowered my butt and try the HP Deskjet 450 driver first. He wouldn't do anything. I then tried the 990 c driver and here, the photos printed OK. So, I conclude that the programmer who made D7560 h driver was working Monday after a 3-day weekend. But this is a good interim solution. I doubt if HP will repair the driver D7560 h, but at least I don't have to rely on the Canon i850, if she should die an untimely death.
Thank you!
