Mozilla asks me to install flash player - I have already (20 times)

Use the flash player to listen to BBC radio online and other things. Here's an example link http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b045c0hh

I used to do it without problem, but recently, whenever I try to listen to the programs I get the message "you must install flash player to play this content. Download Flash player now. »

I did everything online advice people say:

-J' updated Norton security and my computer is free of viruses and malware

-J' have uninstalled flash player and removed all the C:\windows\system32\macromed files in my c drive and then clicking install, downloaded the software, run the software and flash player installed.

-J' I closed Mozilla installation. I even let download Macafee, but I have yet to be invited to perform updates, I do not select the automatic update option by default. Flash player will now appear in my control panel as "Adobe flash player plugin.

-I went to Tools/Addons on mozilla and the plugin is set to "always enable".

-J' even restarted the computer

I still get the same message.

I downloaded adobe ActiveX, and since then I can listen to programs in internet explore, but not in mozilla.

I downloaded shockwave but that did not help with content on Mozilla.

I'm running out of options. Is there a version for Mozilla ActiveX?

P. S. I tried to put this question on Mozilla, but when I followed the instructions on how to post a discussion I lead nowhere. If you can't answer the question flash please tell me how to post a new discussion on mozilla.

Thanks peeps

Hollah!

Mozilla (Firefox) does not use ActiveX; you need to install the plugin: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player.exe

Can you check if Flash Player usually works on Firefox: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
