mscorwks.dll corrupt message found in the sfc results

I cannot launch an application (Quicken) and was told to reinstall .NET Frameworks for my version of Windows 7 Home Premium.

I've deleted and reinstalled, and it doesn't work.  I then tried the Microsoft Fix it 50736 and that has not worked.

I ran the sfc verifyonly and sfc/scannow and found this message in two files.

Other solutions?

Try to perform a repair (upgrade locally) using a Windows 7 installation disc and check.

Note: the programs and files will be retained after the upgrade on the spot.

In addition, get in touch with Quicken support and check if there is a work around to get the software installed.

I went to the system registry to find the file it refers and is not a he.  I ran a norton registry cleanup and a virus scan.  I did find something online that made reference to this dll file.  The message appears at any time that I start a new program.  How to fix this, or find the virus that is the cause.

A Google search for "[insert the name of the file]" grown up nothing. When you get no hits for a filename on Google, chances are high that it is a malicious program file. You did not when you get the message. If it's only at startup, either you have uninstalled the malware program or your antivirus/antispyware program did. In all cases, a reference has been left in the boot file. You can remove the reference by managing your startup. If you get the message during regular time on the computer and not not only at startup, your computer is still infected.

Norton will do the job of cleaning and registry cleaners are garbage who at best will not do anything and the worst risk damage to your Windows installation.

First of all, make sure that the computer is really free of virus/malware through these systematically - General malware removal steps http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware . Then, if the computer is really clean and you still receive the message, manage your Startup to remove the reference to the malware:

Start > run > msconfig [Enter]

This will open the System Configuration utility. Look under the Startup tab and find the likely culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, apply and OK out. You don't need to restart immediately, but next time you do, you will get a dialog box saying that you have used the utility. Just check the box that says in effect, "don't mind to this subject again".

  • Treo 755 p and Windows - HotSync jumps calendar and Agenda - "Conduit DateCond.dll: no link found for the Creator ID 'date'." Conduit did not run. »

I've owned a 755 p for almost a year now. For much of this time, my hotsyncs were jumping the Calendar/Contacts and calendar apps. These two work very well on the Palm Desktop and on the Treo itself. I checked the unit and the palm Desktop for corrupt files. There are not. When I was with Palm Desktop 4 (before 6 is available for XP), the lines were always listed as disabled. I could help and do a hotsync, but no data has been synchronized and would return to being disabled. If I tried to set it as enabled by default, the Hotsync application would break! So, I've lived with this absurd situation for 6 months now. Finally, I tried upgrading to Palm Desktop 6.2 and had no problem, but the problem persists. HotSync on the desktop PC simply ignores these lines entirely, even if it does not display error messages after a sync. The lines are listed as enabled.

I made a full backup and then uninstalled Palm Desktop 6.2 completely. Restarted and re-installed Palm Desktop 6.2 and tried to sync again. The problem persists.

My next step (and where I am now) would allow to debug and documented in the Hotsync application logging. Once I did, I discovered the specific problem, which apparently is entirely hidden from the end user. Here are the specific journal entries:

Led DateCond.dll: No association is found for the Creator ID "date." Conduit does not run.

Led DateCond.dll: No association is found for the Creator ID "SNLT". Conduit does not run.

Led AddrCond.dll: No association is found for the Creator ID 'addr '. Conduit does not run.

Led AddrCond.dll: No association is found for the Creator ID "PAdd". Conduit does not run.

I was not able to find something on the Internet about these errors. Nothing on the Palm site, nothing in these forums. I checked the database files are indeed on the handheld and have good creator ID. I don't understand how a complete re-installation of software still leaves it with a kind of missing association. But clearly there is something that lack prevents Hotsync to understand exactly what it is supposed to do here.

I can't just wipe my machine and start over. I have a lot of contacts and calendar on the device entries that are not on my PC and vice versa. Find and fix all those differences manually would be months of work with my limited free time. So if anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this problem, please let me know. And no, I'm not going to waste time calling support Palm. I gave up on the phone with Palm years ago support.

It's part of the problem. You might want to hard reset the device, and then rename the folder to BACKUP on the PC. (CProgram Files/Palm or Palmone / * Hotsync username * / Backup.) Change to the old files then synchronize with your existing username.

If this is not Vista compatible, read the info on the link above.

This applies to software programs, NOT hardware drivers.

If it's Vista compatible > uninstall it > Re-download/save to your desktop > right click on the setup.exe > run as admin.

  • VBAIInterfaceC.dll was not found on the 64-bit computer

I am currently trying to run a program of vbai with .net as in the DotNET examples included in the "Examples of API" plan. I added the NationalInstruments.VBAI.2008 to my references in visual studio 2008 and the program works fine on my Windows XP SP3 32-bit of the system. When I run the program on a 32-bit Windows 7 computer it works too, but when I test it on a Windows 7 64 bit, the program crashes as soon as I try to run this line of code:

    VBAIEngine engine = newVBAIEngine (string "Engine". Empty, false);

    I get the error:

System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL VBAIInterfaceC.dll.

It is a 64-bit problem cause when I look at a dll file that I find on 32-bit computers in the C:\Windows\System32 folder and in the 64-bit machine, it lies in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder.

Can I use the wrong DLL files or is there something else I need to consider using 64-bit?

Thanks in advance for any help.

You must configure your 64-bit MSVC project to run in 32-bit mode, then he will find the 32-bit dll in 32-bit Windows\SysWOW64 directory. You should be able to go to Build > Configuration Manager... and together the x 86 platform. The instructions may be slightly different for the different versions of MSVC, so what are the indications for MSVC 2010. I found this here:

    Hi CapsFanQ,

To repair the system corrupted files on the computer that was not fixed by SFC scan, an upgrade in place might have to accomplish.

Error message when you try to install Windows Vista Service Pack 2: "one or more system components that require the service pack are missing."

    http://support.Microsoft.com/default.aspx/KB/968279

(See option 1 in the link)

Note:  Before you perform an upgrade in-place, you must be prepared for the worst scenarios that led to your existing data on your computer being deleted. Make sure that you back up personal data to disks or other storage devices before performing an upgrade on the spot. To perform an upgrade in-place, follow these steps.

Until you try to upgrade on the spot, I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below to fix USB:

Step 1: Run the fixit provided in the link below.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/tips-for-solving-problems-with-USB-devices

    If the problem persists,

Step 2: Connect the device to a different USB port and test and also to connect the device to another computer to eliminate the problem of USB device.

    If the problem persists,

Step 3: Reinstall the USB controllers.

First of all, please disconnect all USB devices and then perform the following steps:

    1. click on 'Start', type device manager in the search bar and press "Enter." If necessary, click on continue.

    2. in Device Manager, double-click to expand the "USB Bus controllers", right-click on the "host controller", click "Uninstall" and click "OK".

    3. Repeat step 2 to uninstall all items under 'USB Bus controllers'.

Then, restart your computer and Windows 7 will automatically reinstall all USB controllers.

You can contact the manufacturer of the USB device for known problems

Step 4: Update the driver of the motherboard (Chip set drivers) to the latest version.

Note: Please check with the manufacturer of the motherboard before installing the driver.

Thank you, and in what concerns:

However, I can't in the operating system to do a re-install.
    Any suggestions?

If c:\windows\system32\oleaut32.dll is missing, you will see messages like this:

Lsass.exe - Unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because the OLEAUT32.dll file not found.  Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

If the missing file is the only problem, you might have to do a reinstall to fix.

There should be a copy of Oleaut32.dll in the c:\windows\system32\dllcache folder, so if you can get in the XP Recovery Console, you can just replace it - then you are going to have to start on something to do.

Once started in the XP Recovery Console, you must enter this command at the prompt:

    Copy c:\windows\system32\dllcache\oleaut32.dll c:\windows\system32

If the file is not in the dllcache folder (it should really be), depending on your installation, this command can work:

    Copy c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386\oleaut32.dll c:\windows\system32

Answered in the affirmative if invited to replace any existing file.

I don't know what the Microsoft Support Engineer think that KB307545 or KB922371 will help you.  I think that the MSE is just throw a few things to try and some links.  You don't describe symptoms consistent with the need to use one of these methods.   I would say the MSE has never seen this problem before, made no attempt to reproduce the problem, and has no idea how to fix this.

If your CD does not start in the Recovery Console, or if you don't know what kind of CD do you have to do a CD of XP Recovery Console and boot on it (no media XP required).

    Here's how:

Boot into the Recovery Console Windows using an XP bootable installation CD.

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

This is not the same as recovery disks that might have come with the acquisition of the system store.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

When you install ImgBurn, DO NOT install the Ask toolbar.

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

  • Whenever I turn on my computer, I get "Sqlite3.dll is not found."

Original title: "Sqlite3.dll is not found."

Whenever I turn on the computer. Once the desktop screen .it's a message "this application has failed to start because sqlite3.dll is not found. reinstalling the application may fix this problem".but the computer still can run that I don't know what was wrong and how can I fix this please?

I'm not leaving your system works in selective startup mode, because that would leave you with a sloppy XP configuration.

You must find the faulty startup item and get rid of it.

    Here's how:

It is sometimes easy to get rid of the error message by doing something like disable the startup item in msconfig (if you can still find), but I suggest you fix the problem and difficulty not only the symptom of the problem by simply deleting the startup message.
I would also not recommend you start digging in the registry to try to find the startup item and remove it unless you have a backup of your system or at least a backup of your registry, because there is no 'Cancel' or 'quit without saving changes' option in regedit.  If you make a mistake, that's all.
These ideas relieve 'rapid' and sometimes risky of the symptom if they not even work at all, but they can't actually solve the problem.  Also, I'd be suspicious of ideas that begin with the words "try."  You don't need to try things, you need to fix things.  You don't need to try ideas that might work, you must do something that will always work all the time.
Here are the detailed instructions that protect you and solve your problem in the 'right' way.
There is very little. DLL files that should be loaded from the C:\WINDOWS folder and is not one of them.  If you do not have a good explanation for the name of the file in a Google search, the chances are good that your system is currently or has been infected by malware.
A "Cannot find...". ', ' Failed to start..., "Could not load..." ». "Might not work... "" Cannot run ""error loading... ". "or"specific module could not be found"message at startup is usually related to the malware that has been configured to run at startup, but the referenced file has been removed after a malware scan, leaving behind him a startup item or the registry entry pointing to a file that does not exist.
It might be a removal of malicious software or an application not installed.  The entry may have a curious looking name since it was probably generated at random when the malware was installed. If you search your system for the referenced file, you may not find.
Windows attempts to load this file but cannot locate because the file has been deleted for most probably during an analysis of the malware. However, an orphaned associate of remainders of startup parameter or registry entry and tells Windows to load the file when you start or connection.
So you should delete the referenced entry Windows stop trying to load or run the file. It may or may not be included in the registry, but you can find it.  Autoruns (see below) you get the elements no matter where it is.

You must be sure to solve the problem and not just fix the symptom of the problem by simply relieving your message - system is not a fix (there is a difference).

If you just locate and uncheck the item in msconfig, which disables the element but does not remove the reference to the element of false starting your computer.   The msconfig program is not a Startup Manager, that's a troubleshooting tool.  Disabling things in msconfig to put an end to the messages and think that your problem is solved is short-sighted and leave behind him a sloppy XP configuration.  Just disable the display of a start-up error message should not count as a 'solution' to the problem.
If you are comfortable editing the registry, you can find and remove the reference directly from there or remove it using a popular third-party tool called Autoruns.  The problem can always be found in the registry well.
Before making any changes to your registry by hand or with third-party tools, don't forget to first make a backup of the registry
. There is no cancellation or exit without saving the option in regedit.
Here is a link to a popular registry backup tool:
You can also use the Autoruns to find the element of start remains little matter where he's hiding.  Autoruns does not install anything on your computer.  It will display all startup locations where the reference may be then you can turn it off or remove it completely.  Here is the download link for Autoruns:
Run Autoruns.exe and wait that he at the end of the filling of the list of entries.
When the Autoruns is finished scanning your system, it will say "Ready" in the lower left corner. Autoruns can be a little intimidating to first if you have never seen it before because it displays a lot of information.  You are really interested only a few sections.
The problem is usually to start the system or the user startup entries, then click the connection tab and see if the startup item is there.
Scroll through the list and look for a boot entry associated files in the error message.
If you can't find on the connection tab, look in any tab.
You can also click file, search to search for logon, or any tab for all or part of the name of the element.
Right-click on the offending entry and choose Remove.  If you are not sure what it is, you can simply turn off (uncheck the entry), reboot, and if the problem is resolved and things work normally and everything works fine, then delete the offending entry.  If you don't see it in Autoruns, you may edit the registry and remove the item from your startup folder it.  Autoruns shall display the same information however.
Given that your system has or has had an infection, follow up with this:
Perform scans for malware, and then fix any problems:

No matter what you use for malware protection, follow these steps:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs at:
