  • Control series monitors profile

    Hello!

    I had this question asked of me many times in the last month.  Integrators are asking for orders of the API for the monitors that come with profiles, mainly for power systems.  I learned in the past that the monitors that come with the profile systems are special for Cisco and are not controllable in series.  I want to just make sure that I am telling people the good thing.

    In addition, they ask me who is the manufacturer of the monitor?

    Thank you!

    Hi Bob,

    Yes, you are right, these are specially designed monitors for the profile system.

    You can use the commnad of codec for switch / market (standby mode).

    xcommand Eve turn on

    Ok

    * r ActivateResult (status = OK):

    * end

    xcommand standby turn off

    Ok

    * r DeactivateResult (status = OK):

    * end

    There is a serial port on the screen that is used for diagnostic purposes, there is a call TM tool used for this control.

    If you need this toll let me know I can send you.

    HTH

    Kind regards

  • write the multiple value series buffer using the structure of the case

    In this VI, I am generating waves by using the sliding bar. After that I compare it to a value as 0.6. If the value of wave is higher than 0.6 then led flashes and structure case written 1 value serial buffer. If it is less than 0.6 became led off and structure written case value 0 in the stamp series. now, I want to add another condition if the chart value is between 0.2 to-0.2 written structure case 2 series buffer value. can you tell me how can I do this?

  • Multiple display (cloned monitor) and THE screen is pink.

    I'll try to clone my desktop on another monitor and my normal computer screen is the right color but the other monitor is ROSE!

    I checked the connection, and it is secure, ideas please?

    Appreciated :)

    Take your monitor to another computer and borrow the monitor from that computer to put on your.  That should quickly indicate if the monitor is bad or if there is a computer problem.  If you have two monitors are trying to exchange the first to the second and vice versa.

  • Multiple monitors, multiple VMs, full screen and mode of the unit

    I'm under WS 9.01 Win8-64 with two monitors and a Radeon HD 6900 Series video card. I have two virtual machines, a Win7-64 and the other is Linux (Lubuntu 12.10 - 64). I am unable to get the Linux in Unity mode VM and the VM Win7 mode full-screen. However, as soon as I put the Linux VM in the unit, the option full screen in my VM Win7 is grayed out and vice versa (if I put Win7 comments mode full-screen, the unit is grayed out for Linux comments). None of the multiple functions of monitor I've seen here or elsewhere are relevant to this topic.

    Would appreciate any suggestions.

    I believe that unity and Mode full screen are mutually exclusive in WS 9. As you have discovered, once you enter either full-screen for a virtual machine or unit for a virtual machine, the other mode is disabled for the remaining active virtual machines

    In WS 7, I ran the same way you describe. A place either in WS8 WS9, I think that the support for this mode has been removed. I jumped WS8 completely so I do not know in which version it stopped working.

    In WS9, I just run around in the unit or use the unit + display of the virtual machine in the workstation user interface.

  • Multiple camera monitor; Why the preview for cameras 2 and 3 are empty?

    screen.jpg

    In the image above, my video V1 nested, multicam-activated the track is three videos.

    On the left side of the program monitor, you can see a picture of MC1 (by behind and above the shoulder).  You can see a yellow box drawn around what should be the image of MC2, but he is black.  However, you can see that the image of MC2 on the right, in multiple camera monitor Preview.  The same thing happens when I press '3' to switch to the camera 3. a yellow square is drawn around the black box where the image of the camera 3 should be, and the appropriate image appears on the right, in multiple camera Preview Monitor.  But no matter what I do, the small rectangles on the left are always black and MC2 MC3.

    When I right click on the video track and select multi-cam, activate menu item has a check mark next to it, the Flatten element does not work and camera 1, camera 2 and 3 camera are available.

    Why can't I see the video of MC2, MC3?

    MC2, MC3 were blackened in the Multicam monitor window as these tracks were disabled in the nested sequence.  I had clicked on the eyeball "To toggle track output" for the two missing pieces while modifying the nested sequence.  Once I clicked on the eyeballs again to reactivate the video, MC2, MC3 appeared as scheduled in the Multicam monitor window.

    Hello

    You will need to use the system board jumpers to reset it - the procedure is detailed under the sub-section "Erase PASSWORD settings" on the following link.

  • Support of external monitor on computer laptop dv6833

    I have a laptop HP dv6833 with a (built-in) edge 'Intel 965 Express' video driver (ver. 7.14.10.1437). I want to connect my laptop to my monitor to get more screen real estate Dell 22 '' widescreen. However, when I connect the monitor using schema "multiple display" Intel, I can't have the 22 "monitor to display a resolution higher than 1280 x 800. The monitor is actually capable of displaying resolutions up to 1680 x 1050.

    I checked the HP website for updated a new/updated video driver, but I already have the latest being. The only other driver listed on their website is a nVidia driver that installs not on my laptop. Someone at - it any other suggestions to increase the resolution of my monitor 22 '' capability when connected to my laptop?

    Thank you.

    Wait a minute... it worked... I think so! I tried to adjust my display settings in Windows Vista (again) and all of a sudden I can choose resolutions all the way up to (and beyond) 1680 x 1050. Don't know if clicking on a files did, but I'm a happy camper now.

    I also noticed to display properties for the Intel GMA driver that the regime had changed "Display multiple" to "single - monitor. Also, when I toggle the secondary monitor using the keys Fn/F4, I can't reach a higher resolution, unless I have to toggle the display of the computer to the off position.

    I don't know if the soluton is to download and click the driver to display, or toggle the display of control files, or both. What was the solution, the problem is resolved.

    THANKS A BUNCH FOR YOUR HELP!

  • Visa series read write

    Hello..

    I have no problem with reading series. I want to playback multiple visa series... Fist read I want to read the data of 5x8bit uC then if visa data read isnot "NOT" I'm going to send data to the CPU as the character ' end then read data from uC to new but is leght data 2x8bit data...

    Please, help me...

    This is the number of bytes you want to read. You already said you first want to read 5 bytes. If you use VISA set up the Serial Port and the stop character allow to true, you can set a number of high bytes and playback will end when the stop character is detected. The character of default endpoint is a line break. If you set it to false, you can use the bytes VISA to the Serial Port to determine the number of bytes in the buffer is and read this number. This makes the basic example.

    Did you do any debugging serial communication base? I suggest that you use a program like Hyperterminal/Procomm/Putty/.etc before trying to write your own program. It is also difficult to give detailed advice without knowing how you have set the serial communication of the microphone.

  • Simulation Serial Monitor of the Arduino with Labview?

    Objective: Simulate Serial Arduino using Labview base series Monitor write and Read.Vi.

    Problem: When a stream of ASCII data is sent to the base series writing and Read.VI it stops playing after about 3 seconds.  Whereas that must be continually read data even when there is more data that can fit in the reading string indicator. Ideally, it should push the old data from the top of the screen and display the data again at the bottom of the screen.

    What changes should I do at the base series write and Read.VI to simulate Serial Monitor of Arduino?

  • Soundbar for a monitor of E2011Hc?

    Hello

    I need to buy a Soundbar for a Dell E2011Hc Monitor.

    The question is, this monitor accepts a Soundbar and if so, which?

    On the back of the monitor, I think I see the brackets for the soundbar (one on each side):

    But when I look at the specs for the Dell soundbars tech, I don't see the listed E2011Hc monitor.

    I see that all the E series monitors manufactured after 2013 are supported. But this monitor was manufactured in June 2012.

    So I am confused - can I attach a Dell soundbar and if so, which?

    Thank you.

    The E2011H Soundbar brackets are not what you pointed to. They are #5 in the image below.

    You must obtain a sound bar that has its own power adaptor =

  • OpenCom restores material

    Hello

    I have a perculiar problem. I have a test configuration and I would like to communicate via RS232.

    I'm contacting an Arduino, ATMega (which could be part of the problem...) using a USB cable and RS232 Protocol at 19200 baud. I use COM12 (not that it matters)

    I use Win7.

    I have a program called Hercules who is basically hyper Terminal. I can use it with success to open my COM port and connect with my test setup and everything works fine.

    I also opened NI Max and the test panel Visa of COM12 to communicate with my configuration of test successfully. Still, everything works fine.

    HOWEVER!

    When I try to use the program that I write in the CVI, I get different behavior. When I open the com port, my material passes through a kind of reboot.

    I'm confused because it doesn't use NI Max, not to mention the Hercules. I made NO changes to my hardware.

    But since I was able to communicate with the other two methods of software, I can't imagine that it's a hardware problem. Am I missing something?

    EMH is my code. I tried both versions OpenCom. I also tried 9600 baud without change.

    OpenComConfig (12, "COM12", 19200, 0, 8, 1, 0, 0);

    OpenCom (12, "COM12");
    CloseCom (12);

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Arduino is designed to reset each time that the port is open.

    You can see the same behavior when you use built-in series monitor in IDE Arduino.

    It's called the autoreset function and is used by arduino IDE to load programs to your Board of Directors.

    It resets the Board and when the bootstrapper responds, the IDE converses with her and load the program without needing a tool of CPSI.

    If you want to turn it off, I think that there is a welding-rider, you can easily remove.

    Check the bottom of the Board.

    UNO has this feature, I hope that Mega has also.

    Search the forums for info 'auto reset function' for more up to date.

    I hope this helps.

  • Need for a versatile to pass data to the chart

    Hello

    I have a sub - vi that performs data analyses. I pulled out the results through a def type. I want that this type def to include data necessary to plot the results on a XY Chart.

    My problem is that the data will sometimes contain only 1 and sometimes multiple data series dear. or sometimes the output should be a cluster of two 1 d-tables, sometimes it must be an array of clusters. Is there a good way to do this?

    vs

    udka wrote:

    You can try using for loop with indexing enabled so you will come to know how much coulumns you have during execution and clusters and then indexing on so that you always have table of clusters.

    You are on the right track.  Just need a little before the loop to transpose the table (to properly make the indexing job) and remove the data from the x-axis.

    P/S:

    When the connection to the business service is failure, I received this SOAP message:

         <soapenv:Body>
         <soapenv:Fault>
         <faultcode>soapenv:Server</faultcode>
         <faultstring>BEA-380002: No route to host</faultstring>
         <detail>
         <con:fault       xmlns:con="http://www.bea.com/wli/sb/context">
         <con:errorCode>BEA-380002</con:errorCode>
         <con:reason>No route to host</con:reason>

         </detail>
         </soapenv:Fault>

    You can add an error on the route action handler in your proxy service.

    you could investigate the $fault variable and check example what errorcode BEA... comes back.
    Then, you can decide what to answer in return... for example, create your own SOAP-fault and set your own messages.

    now the default $fault value generated by the OSB will be get back
