Muse closed and cannot re - open. Help please!

I was working with muse and when I clicked on widgets I received this message: String "WidgetsLibrary::Muse resources icon Megapack V4 MUSE" contains a space - keystrings must not contain spaces. And then Muse had had to close. Now, I can't restart muse because I get the same message... If anyone can solve this?

I fixed it. I put the folder of the cover in the libraries folder, I had to replace spaces by underscores

    I designed my first site on Adobe Muse.

    However, when I tried to open the file to continue designing, a message popped up saying "damaged files Adobe Muse site and cannot be opened.

    I read the previous discussions on the same issue:

    -The file is stored on my mac, not synchronized Dropbox or any other software.

    -I have not yet published the site.

    -My machine did however turn off due to load shedding while the application of the Muse was open (but not the file). Would this have something to do with it?

    In the process of looking for a new program of creation of Internet site, I ran across Adobe Muse that I downloaded the trial version. I was really impressed with it until last night.

    After two weeks of creation and tweaking the company of my wife website, it is time to upload it to the server, but when I tried to open the file I got the error message "this Muse Adobe site file is damaged and cannot be opened. Is there any hope of recovering it, or I have to start all over again? I was after all register change, so small they are, so I wouldn't run the risk of losing changes if a problem arose. I see no problem of disk, and nothing else seems to be affected.

    Any ideas? As I'm only using the trial version, is there any kind of support?

    Could you please share your with us .muse file to study? Please send it to [email protected]. If your file is larger than 20 MB, you can use something like Adobe SendNow SendThisFile or Dropbox. Don't forget to mention the link to this forum thread in your email so that we can identify the file.

    In Windows Explorer click the icon "show preview pane" on the right side of the toolbar. Whenever a PDF file is opened in the preview pane, Windows treats as "in use" and will not allow that it be modified or deleted.

    Just replaced my hard drive in my 6 year macbook pro. Try to install Photoshop CS5. Operating system is up-to-date with the latest and best. I allowed out photoshop on the old hard drive before installing the new.

    Now, I downloaded the installation from the adobe Web site package and tried to start the installation. When I do, I get the following error message:

    'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image.

    'Install' is on the image disk 'photoshop_12_LS1.dmg '. Safari has downloaded this disk image today at 16:33 from trials2.adobe.com.

    Options are 'Cancel' or 'eject the disk image.

    What have I done wrong?

    It is a common mistake when dealing with Gatekeeper of OSX which, by default, won't take any unsigned as older CS5 of Adobe software applications.

    First go to Apple > System Preferences > security & privacy. Under the general tab and on the bottom, the value "allow applications downloaded on the" "Anywhere".

    When you have finished and launched Photoshop, set the default value: "Store App and developers trust".

    Please, back up all data before proceeding.

    Select the text on the bottom line by dragging on it. Do not include white space at the end of the line. The text should be highlighted.

    xattr -d com.apple.FinderInfo

    Copy the selected text in the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination.

    Launch the Terminal application in one of the following ways:

    ☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).

    ☞ In the Finder, select go utilities ▹ of menu bar or press the combination of keys shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

    ☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

    Paste in the Terminal window by pressing Command + V, then press the space bar.

    Now switch to the Finder and select the items in question. Drag into the Terminal window. More text will be added to what you entered.

    Click in the Terminal window to activate it, and then press return.

    Wait for a new line ending with a dollar sign ($) to appear. You can then quit Terminal. Test.

    I've been struggling for hours to open lightroom. My computer turns off without reason, and then I went back into the light room and had the following startup message:

    I tried everything I can. I searched online and you have deleted the files of 'locking' of the catalogue record. I did what is obvious and just rebooted. I checked the 'permissions' and nothing has worked. Help, please. I JUST finished images edited in 1000 and I need to export. I won't cry if I need to change their brand new

    In your OS, the folder that contains your catalog must have read & write permission.

    If you think that you already have, we show a screenshot so that we can see in the Explorer Windows/Mac Finder folder that contains the catalog file; and show us an another screen shot of the permissions on this folder.

    Also, please check the catalog file in your operating system to ensure that it is not set read-only.

  • CS5 Design Premium 'install' is corrupted and cannot be opened error

    I used to have CS5 Design Premium installed on my iMac and then one day, he began to ask for a serial number. I could not find what he at the time was so my 30 day extension. Now it no longer works even with the serial number.

    -which means you are trying to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems

    -You can get CS6 and previous programs to install and run, or you can not (some do, some don't)

  • I can not install on the new iMac ElCapitan 10.11 c5: click on install and says 'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image.

    I downloaded the Illustrator c5 for Mac file. When I click in following the instructions on the INSTALLATION it says

    'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image.

    It is also the same for Photoshop InDesign and Adobe PDF Pro.

    Any suggestions for how to install it?

    I downloaded, tried, deleted the download, re-uploaded, re-trying too INSTALL several times and still the same issue.

    The machine is question is a mac with vmware Fusion 3.1.3 (416484) min.

    According to the user, it has restarted (not sure if she meant the virtual machine or the mac mini) this morning and could not start the virtual machine.  I restarted the mac launched vmware fusion and got the following errors:

    Package "/ users/marygwilson/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized / Windows XP Professional.vmwarevm" is damaged and cannot be opened.

    File "/ users/marygwilson/Desktop/Virtual Machines.localized / Windows Professional.vmwarevm XP / Windows XP Professional.vmx" line 1: syntax error.

    I have no idea what to do and I don't want to search and run the risk of worse this.  I'm trying not to panic.  Please advise!

    The attached file "Windows_XP_Professional.vmx.zip" contains a new "Windows XP Professional.vmx" file created from the supplied vmware.log file.

    With VMware Fusion closed unzip the file (double-click on) joint "Windows_XP_Professional.vmx.zip" and replace the file "Windows XP Professional.vmx" original by one here.

    I'm having a problem opening a lightroom catalog. I get a message "Lightroom can't use the catalog because it is not writable and cannot be opened.

    The catalogue and thousands of RAW files are stored on an external drive.

    Here are the steps that caused the problem in my view:

    1 has worked with the catalog on my laptop. Disconnected the disk without closing first Lightroom (big mistake).

    2 connect the external hard drive on desktop PC and did extra work. Closed Ligtroom (office) and disconnected the disk.

    3 reconnect the drive of the laptop while original catalogue is always open (see #1 above). Clicked on an image at which point Lightroom crashed and closed by itself.

    The problem now is that the catalog opens is no longer on computers. Any attempt to open the results in the message "Lightroom can't use the catalog because it is not writable and cannot be opened. There is no lock or log file that can be deleted, just the lrcat file and tons of files with preview of the data.

    I hope this isn't a lost cause and I can still recover the catalog. There are 2 work days.

    Ok. I found a solution. As Ligthroom catalog is a SQLite database, you can use a database tool to fix it. Just download SQLite www.sqlite.org for your OS (Windows 7 in my case) and unzip into C:\SQLite for ease of use. Copy your catalog corrupted the C:\SQLite file as well as to keep things simple.

    At the command prompt start > run, type 'cmd' and press ENTER. This opens the command prompt where you will need to run the following commands:

    1 cd sqlite

    2. echo .dump | SQLite3 yourcatalogfilename.lrcat > tempcatalog.sql

    3 sqlite3 - init tempcatalog.sql newcatalogfilename.lrcat

    After the execution of line 3, you may or may not see error messages. No worries, it simply truncated faulty records that is what causes the catalog to crash.

    Now, copy the newcatalogfilename.lrcat into your lightroom catalog file and run it. You should be able to get things up and running to where you left, or to the point where original Lightroom Catalog has been corrupted in first place.

    I hope this helps. It took me a few hours to find a solution, but it saved me at least 2 days of work. Original credit goes to the author of the article according to http://www.simplyness.com/more-photography-tips/recover-corrupted-unrepairable-lightroom-3 - catalog - with - sqlite.html. It seemed to have worked for Lightroom 3 and still worked for Lightroom 5.3 in my case.

    Even to disable Javascript for the browser Safari does not help... because type the link in an e-mail not even you are transported to Safari.

    We do really important things with links embedded in emails and the only solution today is BACK in an office!

    So surprised the QA team on the 9.3 version did not take it.

    Pls send us an IOS release to fix as soon as possible is no alternative! unless you have one for us now?
