  I'm looking for a "Download" button on the my account page (where it lists my purchased products), but it does not appear to have one. Do I have to buy a separate adobe pro to my work computer, too?

  To make Adobe Acrobat XI by default viewer to view PDF files, follow these steps:

  1. right click on any PDF file.

  2. in the menu that appears, select open with-> choose the program

  3. find and select Adobe Acrobat X in available programs

  4. check the present at the bottom of the list that says "use the selected program to open this type of file", then press OK.

  The default PDF Viewer should change it for you. If you need further assistance in this regard, the browser to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307859.

  The correct workflow would be:

  1. save the pdf file on dropbox on the Government site

  I get a failure webget message asks.  I saw on another post to uninstall McAffee, I did, but still get the error message.  I get about 8% downloaded, WHICH ALWAYS TAKES and then I get the error message.  Any other suggestions?  Thank you
