  as volunteer asked J format that the videos were saved is the most logical question here.

  All films registered as media of Windows, or MPEG, avi files, should be good.

  If you are on Windows, I'd go to control panel > programs & features and do a repair.

  For a version upgrade, you MUST have the previous serial number to install

  Don't forget to turn off this feature on the old computer

  Adobe end user license agreement permits you to install a license for the retail sale of Monkey on 2 computers to any instance.
