  CVI 2013: I am writing a software to change the command tree modes based on the user's selection. I noticed that when the command is set to NORMAL, I got a "EVENT_COMMIT". Just for reference, I am using a custom control - group of Radio buttons, but the bug (I'm assuming that) is in the tree control are I forgot something?

  When you set the dataProvider for your tree control, you actually pass an array or arraycollection collection or whatever to this property. The table contains objects from your server, right? Each object must contain a property with the id of file, something like:

  var arr:Array = [{id: 1, folderID: 34, name: "...}] "}, {id: 2, folderID: 4, name:"...} »},...] ;

  Now, when you click on an item in your tree or your dataGrid, you can access the id of file by:

  myTree.selectedItem.folderID

  In response to an event initiated by the tree control, I need to query the currently selected item in the tree and get his tag, so I can handle the element and its children. How this is done? I found the method of 'Set the tag', but there is no Tag «get» In fact, the only way to get the tag of any element seems to be through the 'Point to the column line' method, which takes a pair of coordinates entry component! It's confusing!

  Oh hell. Value of tree is the tag of the element currently selected. It's so easy that I never thought to look there for it, given the complexity of almost all other actions in the API.

  (RAID0 + 1) second HARD drive has failed while working on a HARD drive at the moment...

  After 20-25 minutes, I can't ping my VM OS which is Windows 7 (active)... and events, I see this error...

  * Note * I found the solution... Before I used the system of virtualization and Citrix (XENSERVER) there was little different. That's why I'm stuck on a few easy steps... Well, the problem was that I use 61GB HDD, 5.5 GB of memory. When I create the VM I "ve used the maximum size of HARD drive and left no space for the SWAP file. I used 58 GB, and you have to assume + memory size, this means, 58 GB + 5.5 GB...   So who is right for which I didn't have enough space. Hopefully someone will find it useful. See you soon,.

  But I got confused.

  There are many different types of control point - the thing they have in common is that they require the database writer to write disk blocks (see the last part of this post: http://jonathanlewis.wordpress.com/2007/04/12/log-file-switch/).

  The "additional control point" is simply the name given to the event of control point which is scheduled to occur every three seconds and allows dbwr to write of disk blocks that have first changed more than a certain distance in the past.

  In this context, RBA means 'redo the address bytes' (address of block redo only sometimes) identify a location to a redo log file.
  The 'end of the newspaper' is the latest ARI redo entry written in the restore log file growth.

  In a control post additional dbwr derives a value for a Resource that represents a previous point in time and written on the disk of the data blocks that have been changed by generated redo before RBA and have not been written to disk since this change.

  Depending on the configuration of your settings file the previous RBA may be derived in a time lag, a volume of roll forward or the number of blocks of data that have to be modified for the IRA at the end of the paper (actually).

  Evil. CPN is with each operation, whether a DML, select, DDL, whatever it is. It's time, that's all. Validation of a transaction would be just another event that will be mapped to the SCN generated right here.

  Have you read in my last response I mentioned CPN is to read-consitancy and checkpoint is for the recvoery? So, how you said that this point of control is nothing other than RCS? See the definition of the Concepts guide,

  A data structure that marks the position of the control point, which is the RCS in the thread again where instance recovery should begin. Control points are recorded in the control file and each file header data and are a crucial part of the recovery.

  So assuming that the roll forward flow is as below,

  Begin - Checkpoint - end

  The point where the word Checkpoint is mentioned, is the place where begins the recovery.

  Control files and headers of the data files are updated with the last control point (now this checkpoint is the last SNA by what buffer cache is empty so that we can know up to what our data files are updated).

  Reloading is done using the HttpService result

  Can someone give me a sample code for auto-refresh?

  Timer installation code might look like this (in an init() function):

• Expand the tree control

  I now have a tree control from an ArrayCollection collection and using the defaultDataDescriptor.
  
  At this point in the program, the data exist only in the myTree.dataProvider and the root node is myTree.dataProvider [0] or myTree.dataProvider.source [0] and I can see variables window that correct data is found here.
  
  What I put in myTree.expandChildrenOf for 'item' (? point?, it's true). All I can think of returns:
  
  "Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference."
  
  Someone has any idea how to do this job.

  Good, solved the problem.

  ExpandChildren to work, you must do things in the following order. First create the tree and set all the properties you need. Then, you must add the tree to its container, then call validateNow() and then finally, you can call expandChildren.

  Thank you very much for you help. Until you answered, I was stuck on thinking that it should be the point that was wrong.

  The tag is fair, but the string is incorrect or is not available.

  You must define the number of the current column to 0 once at the beginning (before entering the loop).

• problem with tab structure control and event

  My program has a tab control. In each tab, I have an event structure to control some events.

  I encountered some problems. These are:

  1. in each tab, I set tab as an event control, to altogether from the structure of the event as tab change (for example, the image below). My first problem is that when I change the tabs, in the arch depending on whether my program is entered in the next tab environment, happening at the event: change value to main tab! And gives bad result.

  

  

  2 - I've scheduled two final tabs as below in the image. I had no routine in these two tabs. Simply, I want when I change the tab, it goes to the next case of the tab control. But when I run the program, it goes to something as busy after one or two changes tab and did not work properly.

  

  Could someone help me please?
